I hesitated to buy, because i'm tired of opening the bag to find that 1/3 or more of the weight is stem pieces.... but surprise! There are NO stems, (other than a short length that is normally attached to the broccoli floret) Each bag was the correct weight, 1 pound, for us, each bag is normally four servings. The florets seemed to be individually flash frozen, so I didn't even need to add water to the bowl when doing a quick 2 -3 minute steam in the microwave. One less thing, I have to worry about, trying to buy it fresh and then steaming and freezing it myself, or worse, yet, throwing half a head out, if I didn't have time to steam and freeze it.... highly recommend! 2nd picture shows one full bag still frozen (One pound) 3rd picture shows shows 1/2 bag (8 ounces) steamed.

I decided to try it for the packaging. Mostly cook for one, myself. Size is perfect. Also I find that lately when I buy the other store brands I am getting stalks, not just Florets as stated.

Great product, being frozen it has good storage life. It can be eaten plain,or with cheese. Also great for soup, or anything you want broccoli for. 4 packs in packaging

Easy to prepare, taste good and have good color. I try to make the contents even before microwaving. As usual with frozen foods, these are not as crisp as fresh broccoli, and drains a lot of water.

There are four bags within. You need to adjust the cook time based on the wattage of your microwave. The texture and taste of the broccoli is equivalent to that of fresh produce.

I buy this 5 pack of broccoli often. The price and quality are great. My only issue is when you microwave the bags to stem them , you must place the package in a bowl first. Otherwise the bags bottom seal opens itself and all the water leaks out.

The florets are now mostly broccoli pieces. It used to be great florets in every bag. The quality is not as good as it used to be.

This broccoli works good for casseroles but not good to eat as a side dish because the pieces are too small. It can be a little too tough also. Fresh broccoli is best for steaming for a side dish, not this frozen broccoli.

This only got a three star review as the bags used to contain more broccoli than air/water. now its only about half a bag of broccoli

It's bad enough our last bag had a bunch of stalk pieces, but this is insane! This was halfnthe bags' content!
