I hesitated to buy, because i'm tired of opening the bag to find that 1/3 or more of the weight is stem pieces.... but surprise! There are NO stems, (other than a short length that is normally attached to the broccoli floret) Each bag was the correct weight, 1 pound, for us, each bag is normally four servings. The florets seemed to be individually flash frozen, so I didn't even need to add water to the bowl when doing a quick 2 -3 minute steam in the microwave. One less thing, I have to worry about, trying to buy it fresh and then steaming and freezing it myself, or worse, yet, throwing half a head out, if I didn't have time to steam and freeze it.... highly recommend! 2nd picture shows one full bag still frozen (One pound) 3rd picture shows shows 1/2 bag (8 ounces) steamed.

Great product, being frozen it has good storage life. It can be eaten plain,or with cheese. Also great for soup, or anything you want broccoli for. 4 packs in packaging

These thawed and cooked in 2 minutes in the microwave. They were great and did not taste like frozen broccoli.

These are perfectly portioned and easy to prepare. We love to pair it with the member’s mark grilled chicken bites and add a drizzle of velveeta sauce!

Good value for dozen broccoli

I buy this 5 pack of broccoli often. The price and quality are great. My only issue is when you microwave the bags to stem them , you must place the package in a bowl first. Otherwise the bags bottom seal opens itself and all the water leaks out.
