I bought the 7U72 12 cup version of the Rubbermaid Brilliance less than a year ago. I really like the fact that it seals so well, but it cracked after freezing water in it. I only filled it just under three quarters of the way and the bottom shattered. It is supposed to be freezer safe and I have used them to freeze tomatoes, and it worked the first time. However, after it breaking with just water, I wouldn't recommend putting any liquid in them and freezing it. Which is too bad, since it fit in the freezer exceptionally well.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are a family of 5 with twin 2 year olds. We made soup for lunch for the kids, heated it up in the microwave using the special vents. It worked perfectly, We closed the vents to check out the claim about it being 100% leak proof, I am so used to products claiming to be leak-proof, that I honestly doubted it. I was amazed to find that it really IS leak-proof! The soup didn't stain the clear plastic container either. I know they are made in various sizes, and I will be looking for much larger ones for my husband. This size was perfect for the twins or for an adult portion. I can't find anything negative to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome Awesome containers I have used them for my cereal and I keep the cereal so fresh I also used it for my sugar and have not had any problems with any leakage of the sugar the cereal stays nice and crisp I would suggest this to anyone who has children that eat different kinds of cereals

I spent so much money on these last year and had to throw them all out. The lids cracked, the containers cracked. It is insane that something so costly lasted less than a year, and it’s only me and my husband using them for work. Not worth the trouble even though we loved the style, size and leakproof design.

I was just looking for some airtight containers for some staples (coffee, nuts, rice, ect.) that I keep in my pantry. They definitely work well for this purpose but what what my favorite thing about these has become how organized they make my pantry! I have a extreme lack of cabinets in my apartments kitchen. These containers stack together perfectly and make my pantry so much more organized and take up so much less space because of this. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for some good airtight containers but I would say these are a necessity for anyone lacking cabinet space in their kitchen.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I couldn't ask for more from a food container! They have found a solution for all the usual issues I have. The airtight seal truly seals your food in there. You can tip it any which way, hold it upside down or even store it on it's side in the fridge with no worries about leaks. Most of my containers are stained from pasta sauces but the Brilliance container lets me store and heat up any food without leaving behind and residue, colour and odour. Another favorite feature is the vents that allow steam to excape in the microwave so you can keep the lid on. No more splatters! These are more expensive than my usual container but they will last so much longer so, in the long run, I'm sure Rubbermaid Brilliance is the better value.

I love that this container is dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. If you are looking for a good container or even a meal prep container I highly recommend this.

It holds two half bags of cereal or three 2/3 bags of cereal! Lol! It has kept it fresh for 2 weeks!! I am going to order an second. The way we go through cereal this will save some money on keeping it from going stale.

My pantry and baking closet are both full of storage containers for purpose of storing cereals, pasta, rice, flour, sugar and many many other items. I have tried multiple brands, one high end brand, which no longer can compare to these. First of all, most of the other brands have a push button lid. Problem with those is that you can’t can’t wash the lid in the dishwasher unless you wait forever for it to dry because it’s mostly enclosed. Also, over time, they start to lose the tight seal. These wonderful containers are easy to clean and extremely tight seal, keeping items fresh much longer. I most definitely recommend these!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love Rubbermaid Brilliance. I washed it in the dishwasher with no issues. I microwaved it without issues or having to use a different lid. The vent holes are great for that. I also loved the way it didn't leak in my lunch bag so opens up so many more lunch options for me now. I'm planning on switching all of my current containers to Brilliance!
