Like others have reported these are subject to fractures/cracks. (see image attached) I've had them approx 10-14 months. Everything is hand washed and rarely used in microwave. Extremely disappointed because I've invested quite a bit so I could eliminate other storage containers. Bought 2 sets from big box store and several more from local supermarkets. Resisted glass because of weight...too many would be too much for fridge shelves. Time to start over!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rubbermaid Brilliance containers are great containers. I love how they are clear so you can see what you have stored inside in case you forget. I have the 36 piece set and I love all the different sizes. One con was that one of the containers had a defective lid and it will leak but it is still usable. With the other containers I tested them against leaks and none of them leaked. They are also durable containers. Overall I would recommed the containers to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is simple but awesome. It is designed to be leak-proof and airtight, stain and odor resistant, modular, and BPA free which pretty important features for a pantry set. I love the fact that they are also freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe which makes them multi-purpose. They are also perfect for storing pet food if you have pets. Pretty solid product overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the solid and not flimsy construction. The lids are awesome and easy to use as well as airtight., Nice feature. And I have to say they look stylist and classy, not a cheap looking average container. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

I freeze my meals but I couldn't remember what was in the containers, until I found these. Now know what's in them. I love the salad containers. I can't wait to purchase more to prepare lunches for the week and freeze lunches for later. I've been telling one showing everyone at work. Love it! I'm putting them on my wish list. I don't usually right reviews, but when I like something I tell everybody; and they listen.

My diet conscious wife takes a single serving of uncooked egg whites to work every day for breakfast. I bought her one of these as I thought it would be ideal for transporting the liquid to work and cooking it in the microwave when she got there. When she brought it home after the first use and I pulled it out of her bag I was very pleased to see the container hadn’t leaked a drop. When I went to wash it up, however, I was really disappointed. During transporting it looked like the liquid bounced around a lot as small amounts of it found its way into every little nook and cranny in the lid. It even somehow found its way into the area under the lock lever pivots. Putting it in the microwave to cook the egg whites caused those small amounts in all those nooks and crannies to over-cook and adhere themselves to the plastic, especially under the inside edge of the gasket. What a mess and what a pain to clean. My wife will use it until it not longer retains liquid which, hopefully, will be enough time to source a better product. I’d recommend this for home use, but that’s it.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A leak-proof container is essential if you're bringing a lunch to work and this container is guaranteed to be 100% leak-proof. I also loved the way I can microwave it while leaving the lid on. This is very handy when using the office microwave that is usually quite dirty. I think it's a great product for carrying back and forth to work, although with its great shape it also stacks well in the fridge at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This plastic container is light weight but really sturdy. It’s also airtight and kept my lunch fresh like I had just prepared it. I made a chicken salad and my lettuce didn’t wilt or anything! The lid locks perfectly onto the container so I had no worries about my lunch spilling out or the lid popping off. These are perfect for people on the go, or just people who love to meal prep! Also would be great for left overs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this line of Rubbermaid Brilliance! It doesn’t leak, it’s interchangeable with the glassware, you can put spaghetti sauce in there & it doesn’t stain! While it is on the pricey side - it is well worth the price as it’s a great quality of product. While I received mine complimentary, I will certainly be purchasing more of this line!

I’m not going to comment on longevity because I just received these. Right out of the box… I knew I made a mistake. An absolute design disaster! Do you have any idea how many nooks and crannies food is going to get into on these lids? What were you people thinking? if you get any liquids in/on the lid, you’re going to need a toothbrush to clean it and then even after washing it it will take a week to dry.
