We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure your laundry comes out fresh and clean. For the best results, make sure to use the hottest water safe for your fabric, as well as not overload your washing machine and pre-treat any noticeable stains beforehand. Hello Melissa. We hope you're doing great. We’re very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. While we completely understand that scent is very subjective, we’ll let our team know how you feel. In the meantime, if you have any questions or we can help you with anything, please let us know at (800) 879-8433. We’re here for you.

We appreciate your concerns over safety, and want to share with you that all of our Fabric Care products have always been safe to use as intended. It may help to know all Tide products have always been in compliance with the law in the jurisdictions where they are marketed. Additionally, over the past two decades, P&G has strived to lower residual 1,4-Dioxane levels. This has resulted in developing state-of-the-art process controls leading to extremely low levels of 1,4-Dioxane in our products. The levels are so low that washing and wearing over 1,000 loads of laundry every day would be still safe.
