I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked on its own. Lately, I’ve been using unscented detergents, but I often miss that clean, fresh scent. I washed my laundry in cold water without using any dryer sheets, and everything came out smelling wonderfully fresh and clean. I also used Tide on our bath mats (pictured). The light pink color in the peppermint candy mat had faded over time, but after washing it in cold water with Tide, the color was revived and looked vibrant again. I grew up with my Mother using TIDE in its original form! Momma swore by it. TIDE always removed the toughest stains from farm kids play clothes and they always smelled so fresh! Today, I continue to use TIDE! I used it to wash my children's grubby play clothes and everything else! Now we're empty nesters, but we still use TIDE. The packaging I feel is easy to use to measure the detergent. Our clothes would still feel gross and it didn't take care of the odors very well. After using the liquid laundry detergent again I've got switched back to liquid only. My family's clothes smell so much more fresh and clean. Have a house full of now, things get stinky fast! This liquid detergent smells amazing on clothing for days after washing. There is never any weird residue and the clothes are soft and fluffy. .

They don't melt well and they stick to my clothes and leave residue as well. But the liquid one cleans everything very well, doesn't leave any residue and is also better price wise.
