[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an effective laundry detergent. My clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. I also like that you do not need to use hot water and with using cold water you save energy. A little goes a long way with tide and it gets the job done. We recently came back from a weekend at disney where it rained the entire time so my clothes were soggy and kind of smelly. After one cold wash they were good as new and ready for wear!

I am a new owner of a front-loading washer and the only detergent I've used is Tide liquid HE. In my last load, I found two orange spots on a polo shirt which had to have come from the detergent. I will probably finish the bottle but be careful about what I wash with it.

Wow! Can you say…stink, stank and stunk? I cannot believe how much your NEW scent smells like a can of Lysol. It doesn’t smell remotely clean. It smells like I’m trying to cover up an odor or sanitizing my home from the flu. Going in the trash and will go back to Arm n Hammer. I know this company is killing your sales and for good reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two small kids, we are constantly tackling laundry full of grass, dirt, and food stains. We have tried every spray and every detergent. Tide is the only detergent we’ve found that gives your clothes a deep clean, breaking up and removing stains. We no longer pretreat our clothes with sprays, but instead pour a little Tide on the stain to soak before washing it. It’s like magic! And the original scent leaves your clothes smelling fresh even in this summer heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this detergent in my front loader. I tried the quick cycle on the machine with this detergent and was surprised at how well it worked. I had clean clothes with a fresh scent in half the time. I tried the same cycle with a load that was soiled more and wasnt happy with it so I used the regular cycle. All in all this is a great Tide product that I will most likely purchase the next time I need detergent.

When I got my new HE washer and dryer I got Tide HE as recommended and I liked everything about Tide HE except for the smell - I wasn't saving any water with having to use 2 or 3 extra rinses to get rid of the fragrance that clung even though with our soft water I can use much less than recommended - the smell fills the whole house and I really don't like walking around smelling like Tide. I've actually stopped using it until it becomes available in Unscented.

The formula is now more concentrated so you do not need to use as much. A little goes along way and it still works just fine even for the toughest stains.

My biggest con with the detergent is that I wish it came in a more sustainable and recyclable material. Additionally, if you are someone with sensitive skin, you may wish to go with the scent free and dye free version.
