I’ve used tide for nearly 40 years. I’ve used liquid original Tide since it was created. Recently purchased two large bottles that are green! Did the color change? Even my family noticed and asked me about it.. What is up with the green color? Is it safe to use? Concerned for our laundry and my HE washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tide I have been using for over 25 years. It cleans well makes my kids clothes smell great even when they play sports and after smell quite funky. The best is the tide with downy so you don't have to carry so much liquid to the wash.

I just tossed out an entire bottle of tide - 100 load bottle. The smell is so sickening it nauseated me. I tried doing a 2nd load with 1/2 as much detergent - but, that was disgusting too. If someone has a poor sense of smell, it could be tolerable, but, even my husband (poor sense of smell) commented it was very "pungent". Strongly recommend to smell before purchasing - or just don't purchase. I will never purchase a Tide product again - don't need these expensive and wasteful surprises.

I bought original tide as I have for many years and could not understand why my laundry smelled so bad. We never buy anything scented, we are all very sensitive to scents. When I contacted Tide I was told you did not change the scent on original. Now you are are saying you did. My daughter even noticed this with the pods. How can we trust your product if you say you have not changed the scent and then say you did? I'm not sure I can go back to Tide.

I do try other brands and then end up coming back to good old Tide. It just works. I will say, I wish they hadn't changed the bottle top. Not as fond of the thinner cap that seems to be a bit messier on the edges with the detergent sticking to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Family of four with 2 under 2- this stuff works like magic. From tomato based sauces, baby spit up, grass statins and more it removes stains the first time. Didn’t have to use much detergent to get out heavy stains.
