[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the way that tide laundry detergent smells. It smells so good without being overly scented. My clothing is very soft feeling which I was not expecting at all! On the lid which I thought was pretty cool has numbers 1-5, 1 being for a small load and 5 for the max shows you how much to feel it up with detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Tide Original Liquid Detergent twice. Some of the clothes, especially a comforter, were not clean as a whistle. Other clothes turned very clean though, and they stayed soft and fresh. Overall I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was younger I had an allergy to tide. I don't know if I out grew it over the years or tide change how it was made but I had no skin issues. And it cleans so well. My husbands clothes were the first test because they are gross and they came out with no new stains and smelled so good. The amount of soap I was able to cut in half also because it was just cleaning so well.

The product came in the original orange colored bottle with and after using it many times including colored clothes and white clothes my clothes never looked better and most importantly my clothes smelled wonderful even my children's clothes. They sparkled. It did exactly what I expected it to do and I cannot wait to use it more. I am going to purchase it the next time I am in the market, that should tell you everything!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tide pack a punch. Cleaned some of my dirtiest loads. Also, I got blueberry juice on a light pink sweatshirt. I didn't have any pretreatment stuff on hand, so I used a bit of the Tide, left it on for a bit then washed a load with the detergent. You can't even find where the blueberry juice was, it worked great!! Love this stuff!

What happened to Tide? The new formula which was developed about two years ago is literally one of the worst things I have ever smelled in my life. It’s a breathtakingly bad blast of persistent fragrance that lingers in clothes even after you’ve washed them a dozen times, for months after you’ve put them in a drawer, and gets all over everything they touch, leaving a heinous smell residue. I don’t even know how a chemical so potent and enduring can exist. Whatever new formulation they’re using should be criminalized. I can smell Tide wafting through my neighborhood, and wafting from people coated in Tide-washed clothing literally 25 feet away from me. It’s everywhere and it’s awful. Whatever focus group okayed this was crazy. Read all of the other reviews. Tide took a mild scent they used for 30 years and replaced it with something so shockingly intense, disgusting, and long-lasting it literally makes people sick. You have to wonder what types of chemicals they’re using in order to get the smell to be so intense and so enduring. Very scary stuff, folks.

When I received my free product I opened the cap and smelled the refreshing, clean scent that the original tide is known for. When it came time to do laundry I reached for the tide. It suds up really well and smelled so clean. When my laundry was done everything came out fresh and bright. I usually don't buy the 100 oz size but it seems like a better value. If you go by the recommended dosage it will last a long time. I will definitely keep using tide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Tide all the way back to my college days. This is the HE version and in my front loader it doesn't disappoint. Without using any "additives" my clothes come out clean and smelling, well like Tide! With HE a little goes a long way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well first I have to say that this product has to have an issue with keeping the cap closed. The product arrived with detergent leaking outside of the product and into a plastic bag. As far as the smell of the product it does smell fresh. I was able to use it in a laundry load and it did clean the clothes efficiently. I didn't have any allergic reactions to it.
