[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this detergent. The smell is not distinct. It does not smell of flowers, fruits, or linen just soap, which is fine with me. It was thick bluish color liquid when I poured the cap full into my washing machine. After washing my clothes, bed sheets, towels, and underwear, it did not leave behind any stains or body odor. It did not even leave behind a soapy smell on my laundry. It just smelled fresh. The detergent also left my clothes feeling soft and did not affect the colors of the laundry. I found no problems with this detergent. I would use it again and again.

At first, I was impressed with the wonderfully fresh, clean, floral scent that escaped from the Tide bottle! I used the plastic cap to pour some liquid Tide Detergent into my front load washer and washed clothing in cold water on a regular normal cycle. I was interested in testing this new Tide to see how well it removed stains and cleaned my laundry. Several cotton shirts, socks, and bedding came out looking fresh and clean, just a bit wrinkled. However, some pieces of white cotton clothing still had traces of stains on them. What a great fragrance wafted through my house from doing my laundry with this Tide detergent. I would recommend this Tide for its amazing fragrance. Most of my clothes came out clean, but I was disappointed that not all the stains on white cotton clothing were removed. This size of laundry detergent lasts a while for me and I have a family of 5 so clothes get washed constantly in my home. I have sensitive skin but this doesn’t bother me at all.
