Personally, I prefer the original scent of this tide detergent. I find that I actually only need to do about a third of the recommended amount for the load volume. Because the product is so efficient. I am only giving it four stars though because of the cost.

We had a front loading washer back in 1960 and had to use regular detergent. The washer had a window in front so we would add a little detergent at a time until the suds barely showed at the water line. It wasn't easy or fun but the clothes were cleaner with that front loader. I bought my front loader back in 2002 because I remember the clothes getting cleaner, used less water and was greener. HE detergent was hard to find and Tide was the first HE detergent to hit the shelves. I bought the liquid HE as it dissolves easier. It is the ONLY HE detergent to buy.

I find that my clothes do not fade, are less wrinkled and look fantastic since I started using this detergent. I love that it is strong enough to get the stains out yet gentle enough to tackle all my laundry needs from delicates to smelly athletic clothing. For difficult stains like ink , I rub some of the liquid detergent on it let it set for several minutes , rub it in , then wash as usual and the stain is gone. I love how effective this detergent is and that it comes in a recyclable container, which is very important to my family. I highly recommend this fantastic laundry detergent.

My household has always used tide and when I went off to college I continued using it. The smell is nice and lasts along time. Tide is great for getting stains out and cleaning extra dirty clothes. We use tide for all clothes but especially my dads work/farming clothes!

They look amazing. Very nice and clean. And seems the smell lasts for days longer. Also I don't have to use as much detergent to get them nicw and clean and to make them smell nice. Think I have found my new favorite brand.

With other brands I have tried I tend to have to use more just to try to get the same outcome as my Tide. It is a brand I trust and remember my grandmother using when I was a child in the 70's.
