As many reviewers have noted, I don’t understand why the scent of Tide ‘original’ changed. My family used Tide all of my life and as an adult I have also used it (30 years). How can you change the scent and still call it ‘original?’ It doesn’t smell as good and now has me considering changing detergents for the first time in my life. When have a good product, why change it?

The smell is not even remotely pleasant! I definitely won’t be buying again in the sheer fact of the smell! Plus I’m almost 100 percent sure that isn’t not even cleaning as well too! NO THANK YOU. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can’t go wrong with Tide. It works great in my HE washing machine. It helps remove stains better than some of the other detergents I’ve tried and it smells amazing! I also use it to pretreat more stubborn stains. Highly recommend!

The detergent works very well with high efficiency machines with is great. You get so much cleaning power from the recommended load amount. I also use the detergent as a pre treat on some stains which also works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the scent and I love how it cleans. I have recently come back to using tide and don't know why I ever stopped using. I will always use tide. It just does all it says it will. I don't need to use much in my load. I follow the usage guide and it cleans our clothes every time. I'll soak my heavier soiled clothes then do a normal wash and they come out fresh and clean.
