[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tide. Not only does it clean clothes the best but it is the most concentrated and has the best smells. I am someone who is sensitive to strong smells and tide original is great. It had a really nice smell but isn’t a super overwhelming flowery smell. My kids are always getting grass and food stains in their clothes and tide always takes it right out. It is ultra concentrated so you can use less and get amazing results.

This detergent washes my family's clothes well, stains and dirt all come out. I love the scent. This detergent is a classic that I will always come back to.

Up until recently, I was loyal and dedicated to Tide for all my laundry needs. I loved the original scent and how well it cleaned our clothes. I noticed the scent change instantly and it literally made me sick and gave me a headache. I have never ever smelled a laundry detergent so putrid, overpowering, chemical-like, artificial, and down right nauseating and revolting. I had to re wash all of our laundry twice to get the stench out that this new scent left in the clothes. It even lingers in the laundry room and is noticeable outside when the dryer is running and we’re in a decent proximity to the vent. I am so disappointed. I went back to the store immediately to try another scent and they ALL were the same way. I ended up leaving with a different brand altogether and will be switching permanently due to this. How unfortunate as I’ve only used tide for my entire adult life. Bottom line: Poor move by changing the scents of the products. You ruined a good thing. Bring back the original scents.

I was a loyal Tide user until Acti lift was added to the product several years ago. That is when the scent first changed for the worse. It has never been the same since. It also does not clean as well, especially on whites. I switched to another brand not made by P&G but every so often try Tide again. I am very disappointed. You say you base your changes on consumer research. The consumer response based on these reviews should tell you something. No one seems to like any of Tides scents now. Please go back to the old, old original scent.

Even the stain I had from wiping my face with a face towel was easily removed ! The fragrance on this detergent was a good light touch of spring smell. The fragrance smells so good! I will definitely be buying this for now on! And you should too!!!!

I have already bought another bottle of it so when the one I'm using runs out, I have another one waiting!! I get so many compliments on how good my clothes smell and how bright the colors stay!!!

The scent is very strong and I don't know what seems to have changed over the years but it's difficult to pinpoint when the smell changed a bit. That might not be a bad thing for everyone but if you suffer from migraines, it will be an issue. The clothes came out clean for the most part. One shirt still had a stain from chocolate ice cream even though I spot treated and soaked for 15 minutes. Cold water to clean clothes is always best for my house.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. A year or so back I emailed with my disappointment on the new size of your dispenser bottle as it no longer fit in the cabinet above my washer. I had to refill another brand of detergents bottle with my Tide which was inconvient. Today as I walked down the aisle I saw the bottle seemed shorter so I bought one and IT FITS AGAIN.. This saves me from refilling bottles Thank you I appreciate less work even though I would not stop using Tide it has become more convient again.
