Wow talk about sharp, these Cleavers are just AWESOME. The handle is such a wonderfully comfortable handle to aid in the ease of use for these Cleavers. My favorite is the longer one that is more skinny, as I have found that not only can you chop well with this blade but that it is also a wonderful blade for slicing. The little mini cleaver is great for small jobs like dicing some herbs or a small amount of grilled chicken, and you can literally turn it on it's side and scoop up what you chopped to put into your cooking pot or mixing bowls. The large cleaver is wonderful for breaking down large proteins or even large solid veggies or fruit.

Love having this set in my kitchen. Has become my go-to pieces when prepping meals; from veggies to fruit, and meats, these cleavers make the work easy. They are sharp and durable, easy to clean and the guards make it super safe to store away. These cleavers are a great value, and would highly recommend for anyone working in the kitchen.
