I am a husband who does all the cooking. I love to cook. I enjoy cooking for my wife. These cleavers are VERY sharp and high quality. There might be other chefs that use elitist brand kitchen tools, but I have use Cuisinart for years and never had a disappointment.

I didn't think I'd use this as much as I do. It makes cutting through a head of cabbage, lettuce, etc. so much easier. I'm a senior and didn't realize how I was struggling with a typical knife until I got my hands on this treasure. The smallest one is my favorite now.

Whoo-eee! These babies are sharp!! Be careful when using them, and I recommend using the plastic guards when stored. I love the Nakiri knife, which I use when cutting up my lunch salad.
