This this is amazing and it feels incredible! There are different massage settings, you can add heat and rotate the massagers!! I really liked the heat setting, too, and found it plus massage setting 1 to be absolutely delightful on the back of the neck/upper shoulder area. It's nice to be able to position the massager wherever needed. I think that the only thing I didn't like about the massager was that it is really bulky, which means you can't sit down and lean back while still using it comfortably.

It works great on my neck but I find that it's a little too hard for my back no matter what setting I put it on it's just too much pressure

I like that it has multiple settings for the intensity of the message. It is a little heavier than I would like making it some what difficult to use.

This one is not in that category! I don't know how they did it, but the rotators on this actually feel like a real person massaging you. And the fact that it is wireless is a game changer too. I love the fact that it has hand holders so when you use it on your neck you can really direct where you need it to be held. And the heat part? Amazing too! LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!
