I try to use it on a daily basis but can’t always do so. I use it right before bed and it helps relax me before falling asleep. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck or back pain even if it’s only minor.

Also, happy it works for neck and back my husband was very pleased when he first used it because he felt great afterwards; now he uses it when he gets home from work me as well I take break from chores and give myself a massage. The only con I have is that is not hot well I do not feel heat but overall I do recommend.
