I bought this just hoping it might help a little when my shoulders get tight sitting at my desk, no lofty expectations but holy cow THIS THING IS AMAZING! So far I have used it from the base of my head all the way down my back and I moved it over to each side a bit in some spots to get those muscles as well. I was incredibly surprised at how well it was able to knead and you can switch directions for very different effects, and the arm loops allow you to control the pressure. My only complaint is that you can’t use it while it’s charging, but other than that it is so worth buying!

I think I am going to return this. It's strong... too strong on the back and not reaching enough into the neck. It pinches and hurts my skin too much to use it. The rollers that go between your shoulder blades pinch your skin hard when you put enough pressure to really get to your neck. And it's not very adjustable. I can barely feel the heat. And I can't lay down while using it. It's not the right product for my neck problems but it was so close if not for that pinching.

It was too heavy for my wife to use comfortably and its shape was problematic for her ailment.

this massager only worked for one day the first day it came out of the box. about 2 weeks later I tried using it again (2nd use) and it wouldn't work after a 16-hour charge. also about 3 weeks after my purchase the price was dropped by $40 which was upsetting. picture number two of the description says the massager has soft gel nodes which feels like real hands. this is NOT TRUE! the nodes are hard plastic which really hurt! I do not recommend this massager! buyer beware.

This appeared to have been a returned product. The box and product inside had clearly been opened before getting to me. The device itself was LOUD and did not seem to work appropriately. Requesting a full refund and replacement.

I waited days for this to come and then I started using it and it makes a weird loud noises not relaxing and I'm pretty sure that's not normal

It stopped working two days after I received it
