[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family loves this Japanese BBQ sauce from Kinders! It’s great as a marinade for chicken, or for basting ribs and beef. It has a rich flavor with ginger and garlic and gives food an authentic Japanese BBQ taste.

I used it right away to stir fry chicken, beef and mixed vegetables and it came out perfectly. Just added a little sesame seeds and chili and it was gourmet!

This bbq sauce is perfect for wild salmon! The soy, ginger, garlic and sesame are perfect for salmon with an asian twist. Add brocoli and rice drizzled with this sauce, and you have a winner dinner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Japanese BBQ cooking sauce tastes amazing! I did cook a dish with with, but in all honesty, I preferred it as a dipping sauce. I loved dipping my Korean BBQ potstickers in this! It tastes great on other potstickers too, but compliments the Korean BBQ ones especially well. The spout made it very easy to squirt on rice too. I enjoyed it so much I ended up buying a replacement (plus two other Kinder sauces to try out)! I received this product via Influenster in exchange for an honest review.

It coats the vegetables and chicken beautifully. It taste wonderful not too sweet. Not too salty. I normally make my own marinades, but this one has such good quality ingredients I don’t mind using premade.

I was very excited to try it out and I wanted to love it, but it was disappointing! Don’t get me wrong, it was OK. I was just expecting it to be better. The texture was more of a marinade. This would probably be good to use as a marinade or to glaze with, but not as a dip or thicker sauce. The taste was very soy heavy with a tang of ginger… not very Asian authentic tasting (coming from an Asian). It was too salty and too artificially tangy. But it’s good to use in a pinch.

It was different from the normal Japanese BBQ sauces that I'm used to. The flavors are distinct and a little more gingery than I anticipated but it'sstill good. A good marinade for some asian zing to your proteins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce is so delicious! I’ve used it on steak, shrimp, chicken, and fish and I cannot get enough. It’s excellent in a stir fry or as a dipping sauce. My 4 year old had no problem with the flavor and wanted some drizzled on his veggies. It’s slightly sweet like a BBQ sauce with soy and ginger flavors…like a soy sauce meets BBQ sauce in the best way. It’s slightly thinner than most jarred BBQ sauces I’ve tried. The nozzle cap stays pretty clean and makes drizzling easy. There are a lot of ways to use it, in or as a marinade, finishing glaze, cooked in a stir fry, mixed with mayo as a dip (so good with Dino nuggets). This one is a winner in my home. I received a bottle to try for my honest opinion and I’m definitely adding this to my grocery favs. Highly recommended!

I used this as a marinated for my wings for a good 15-20 mins and glazed this sauce over it. A good balance of sweet and soy. A kick to it. I think this would ideal to substitution of oyster sauce when I stir fry. The consistency is in between, not too watery or pasty. Love the size and easy twist squeeze cap.
