The flavor was good but I did feel like I still needed to add seasoning. Good for when I do not feel like putting in too much effort! I liked the packaging, very clean, easy to squeeze!

When I got a chance to sample this, I was excited that I even get to choose the flavor I wanted to try. I chose this since I love Japanese bbq sauce already. This pairs well with chicken chow mein. It had great umami flavor. This can also be used as a dipping sauce. I would buy again when I run out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce is so delicious! I’ve used it on steak, shrimp, chicken, and fish and I cannot get enough. It’s excellent in a stir fry or as a dipping sauce. My 4 year old had no problem with the flavor and wanted some drizzled on his veggies. It’s slightly sweet like a BBQ sauce with soy and ginger flavors…like a soy sauce meets BBQ sauce in the best way. It’s slightly thinner than most jarred BBQ sauces I’ve tried. The nozzle cap stays pretty clean and makes drizzling easy. There are a lot of ways to use it, in or as a marinade, finishing glaze, cooked in a stir fry, mixed with mayo as a dip (so good with Dino nuggets). This one is a winner in my home. I received a bottle to try for my honest opinion and I’m definitely adding this to my grocery favs. Highly recommended!
