I love Soy/ginger. This makes a great dip for potstickers. Many uses, I alway keep a bottle on hand.

This stuff is the soooo good. Just take your choice of veggies and meat, stir fry them and then add a few squirts of this stuff. Excellent oriental flavor.

Good stuff. Smoked a couple of skunks we exterminated because they were stinking up the yard. Sauce strong enough to kill the skunk meat smell. Skunk tail meat is tough though. Better than snake or lizards gizzards though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce & Glaze uses sweet soy, ginger, garlic and sesame for a tasteful flavor. I used the Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce as a marinate for my pork chops. I let the sauce marinate for a day, and then, cooked the pork chop. To me, I could taste the sesame, garlic and ginger. It reminded me of a teriyaki flavor. I really enjoyed the flavoring of this cooking, and I was pleasantly surprised with the Kinder brand, as this was my first time trying out this brand. I plan to use this Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce & Glaze with a stir fry meal as my next meal. Also, I plan to try the other Cooking Sauce flavors that Kinder’s have available. All in all, I enjoyed using this product, the Kinder’s Japanese BBQ Cooking Sauce, and I would highly recommend this product to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a hit with the family. It worked well with bulgogi and udon. If I had one suggestion it would be cut the sweetness a bit and add some heat. If I had red pepper flakes it would have helped a bit.

I have gone through two bottles in the last week because I've been putting it on everything, and my family loves it. I've been seeing Japanese BBQ surging in popularity over the last year or two, but I hadn't wanted to make it from scratch or purchase something niche from someone I've never heard of. The soy, ginger, and garlic all work together perfectly to give chicken, rice, veggies, etc. a great taste! It’s a good substitute for soy sauce when you want just a little more flavor.
