Good stuff. Smoked a couple of skunks we exterminated because they were stinking up the yard. Sauce strong enough to kill the skunk meat smell. Skunk tail meat is tough though. Better than snake or lizards gizzards though

This stuff is the soooo good. Just take your choice of veggies and meat, stir fry them and then add a few squirts of this stuff. Excellent oriental flavor.

I also used it for a separate meal to marinate chicken breasts. Both meals turned out great! I’m a huge fan of soy sauce and you can definitely taste the soy, which I really enjoyed. The sauce also has a bit of a sweet taste, but it’s subtle, so it strikes a perfect balance. The consistency of the sauce makes it a great choice for a marinade and it works well for stir fry, so I will definitely be adding it to my grocery list!

Tasting it from the bottle it was good, salty and don’t recommend this a dipping sauce. It has a great mix of savory, tangy flavors and a touch of sweetness. We’ve used this a number of times to marinate tofu as well and really enjoyed how it turned out! There’s so many flavors to choose from and we can see ourselves getting the Japanese sauce again!

To be honest, the sauce taste good so far but for the sweet tooth person like me, this sauce was only 8 out of 10. The taste was more likely sour than sweet. When I apply it to the pork, it was just okay but for the beef the taste was not really good at all. If you love the sour taste, this would be right sauce for you
