Great flavor add a bit of water and sugar makes it less salty and sweetness really brings out the ginger flavor. I add a couple of shots of bourbon in it and let my ribs marinate all night long!!! Best bbq ribs ever!!

Pretty much saves time from having to assemble Asian-style sauces while cooking, but without sacrificing quality or taste. I actually really enjoyed the balance -- sweet, salty, tangy -- but nothing overly so. I recommend this.

So many great flavors to choose from. From BBQ, Smoking or just adding a unique flavor taste to my baked beans. Also using in my Monday Red Beans to Jazz it up

The sample carts don’t usually get me to purchase anything I have already planned on purchasing. This was different. They had presented this with cubed chuck roast. Someone said “I don’t know what’s Japanese about this….” My husband is Japanese, and I say “Who cares what it’s called.!”…it’s delicious.

Hibachi flavor in a bottle. A little goes a long way.

Not that great of a taste. I’ve had Japanese and Korean BBQ and this doesn’t taste anywhere close.

This has such a unique taste. I will be buying morw. I've used this on salad to meats, mixed in hamburger meat.

This sauce is fantastic, we love to add it to our soy sauce and other seasonings in our veggie stirfrys.
