The directions for installation was not very clear, but with a little trial and error, Hubby and I were able to get it out together in approximately 20 minutes. It’s super cute & we love that it’s not like the traditional box spring. It has about 10-12 little peg legs that screw into a base so it sits on the floor, instead of on the bed frame.

We've had our ghostbed now for a few weeks and I can tell you, I was extremely sceptical about it but I did do my research on all the beds like this online and picked this company because of the 20 yeAr warranty and the reviews . I figured if I didn't like it, I've got 101 days to return it...nothing to lose. It came in a pretty small box(we ordered a KING size bed!) so when it came I was like..." oh this is goon a be a piece of crap" My daughter and my niece helped me open it up and wow! It was a piece of cake...shrink wrapped and compressed...it popped out and I was truly amazed. It has a chemically smell at first but after a few hours, it was gone. I thought it would be bed but the first night was great. I can't believe how firm and comfortable a bed like this is!!! I have had the best sleep of my life...no joking...I have always had pretty nice spring mattresses my whole life (I'm 53) some better than other but this bed blows all of them away...and for the price and the warranty...Hands down the best mattresss...no question. I'm NECER buying any other bed ever...HIGHLy recommend this one. I'm 270lb man...this mattress hugs but not as bad as a temper..Dic it's cool, firm but so ...comforting...takes away stress is probably the best way I can describe it. Never had a sleep like I do on this bed. I'm not being paid to say any of this...no coupon, no discount....no nothing....I just love this product...we just ordered 1 pillow for me to try....my wife stole it...!!! She loves it...she's a small woman and she loves the bed too! Great for extracurricular activities tooo....less bounce and a little more umph! Wink wink! Never going to another mattresss! The product was received as the photos show. As we needed a bed right away as we were moving in to a new house we were forced to purchase a similar product locally. I asked for a refund and was told that you don't refund this product. I have a dispute in progress with my credit card company and they have refunded me the amount of this charge. I need to know what I should do with the damaged one we received as it is taking up space in our garage. In all honesty some of the wood was quite good while the part you see in the photos was made of very poor material. It was also full of slivers. Please advise me as what to do with this foundation. I'm 80 years old and it is quite hard for me to me to move it.

The foundation to me is Not worth it. The mattress is worth it, love the mattress. On The foundation the wood is cracked and pieces didn’t line up just right. Pre Drilled holes in incorrect spots (easy fix). You cannot return it so I fixed the mistakes myself because I didn’t want to wait another two weeks for shipping for a warranty replacement.

The package of wood pieces was a bit intimidating at first, but the direction sheet made a lot of sense and was easy to follow. Step by step, slow and methodical, it went together in about an hour. With the cover over it, it looks nice. We put it on a 6” high metal bed frame and with the ghostbed mattress on top the bed is 26”high. We are both tall people and we like it that way, but you certainly could just put the foundation on the floor. We put a tailored bed skirt over the foundation to hide the metal frame prior to the mattress. It turned out so nice.

Bed frame was extremely difficult to construct and required two people and all my strength (full adult male) to finally be able to snap the cross beams in place. Instructions were 3/10. The illustrations made it unclear if I had the right beams in the right places. I rebuilt it three times because the center beam is slightly angled in life but not in the pictures. Once built, it is sturdy and handsome, and feels solid.

Wow, was this foundation ever easy to put together. I've put many pieces of furniture together and this foundation came together perfectly. I'm 73 and I had it together in 30 minutes. Every piece fit perfectly and the only 2 tools I needed were included. Sturdy and attractive!

Sorry to say but we DON’T love the Ghost bed. We’ve called twice and were told to try it for a full 30 days. Our main complaint is that we both sink into the center and have to really make an effort to pull to the sides. The person we talked to said to call at the end of 30 days and there were a number of options - we’d like to return it and get a refund. Henry Vendiola

This frame is great for any bed. Very sturdy. I set mine directly inside my wood queen size bed frame. Replaces my cheap old box spring. Great spec and detail description. Love my new box spring replacement with the ghost bed steel frame . You guys are awesome. Will be a returning customer. Mike.

This bed is really amazing. I was pretty sceptical at first but pleasantly surprised was the firmness and amazing quality. I had no idea I slept poorly until I slept on my ghost bed and slept through and entire night . Now I kinda wanna buy everyone one!!
