Ordering was easy. Delivery prompt. Set-up simple. I ordered Gostbed due mainly to the firmness rating of 7 vs some competitors at 3 to 5. I needed a firmer mattress and that is just what I received. As this was during a promotional period, I also received pillows. They are somewhat of a disappointment as they compress to about 2 inches when I sleep on my side. This is not sufficient support for my neck so I use two pillows to hold my head/neck at a proper angle. If the pillows were not so compressible, this would be a five star review.

Was hesitant about ordering mattress online but decided to try it after years on uncomfortable mattress I had. The mattress and foundation arrived a few days after ordered. I put the foundation together by myself in about 30 minutes. I do recommend an electric screw driver. The mattress inflated quickly once packaging removed. No odor at all like reported from other brands. Loved the included pillows. Best night sleep I've had in years. Been sleeping on it almost a month and still happy. It's a little on the firm side, but I am a heavier person and it's perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to my family and friends!

It seems to be a good product. Part of the frame was bent which kept the leg from not reaching the floor. Difficult to correct once bed is together. Well designed to carry the weight. If cost was not an issue I would recommend the version with lift capability.

Very comfortable! Not too hard or too soft. My back feels much better in the morning on this mattress compared to my old mattress. Height is good and sheets fit well. I don’t get too warm at night either. My sleep seems deeper with this bed. I am more rested in the morning and don’t wake up as much.

The ordering of each part of my new Ghost bed could not have been simpler, but there is nothing simple about this great foundation. It is so sturdy, like none before it. It is a nice sturdy wood and pretty easy to assemble. Well worth the assembly by all means, I highly recommend it! Deborah Champeau

The Ghostbed was easy to set up and looks fantastic - we wanted a bedframe for a platform bed, and this fit the bill perfectly. The other consideration we had was a frame that wouldn't move as one of us is a 'wiggle' sleeper, and there is no motion transfer. So, it is well built and a good value for the money.

The GhostBed All - in - One Foundation was easy to assemble. I had no issues putting it together and putting the cover on. The foundation provides great support for my girlfriend and I. The foundation doesn't make any noises and your mattress doesn't slide around. The foundation is the perfect height.

I'm still feeling it out for the most part I like it just in the beginning it wasn't noisy but after a couple months it was feeling a bit noisy and I'm not sure about the support I'm thinking of removing the legs but over all I'm actually satisfied with the foundation easy to set up decent height just getting use to it

So far I am loving my GhostBed experience... everything arrived on time and was in great condition. The mattress itself is very nice, especially once it fully expands and once you have slept on it for a night or two. My only disappointment was that I needed to go out and buy a power drill in order to assemble the foundation. Besides that, it seems very sturdy and supports the GhostBed fantastically.

I received the bed today and assembled. Quite an ordeal. Unlike their video plan on having someone help you. They included a list of components with directions to a mounting video. Unfortunately, it was for a frame made of wood not square tubing like I received. The foundation itself seems like it has been well engineered but the same effort was clearly not made with the assembly instructions. Poor quality illustrations, poor written assembly instructions and wrong links for the customer. And finally, good luck with mounting a headboard. Their mounting bracket for the queen gives you little choices for positioning and once installed has quite a bit of bracket flex. Cannot return it so am stuck with trying to get the headboard stabilized or take it off. In fairness it may be the headboard but based on queen headboard specs, it measures up to proper width and hole spacing.
