[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV 6 weeks ago as our "old one" (years) was shutting off and coming back on. Wasn't the remote so decided to replace it. Picture is fantastic and has all of the apps built in (Prime, Netflix, etc.) Could not ask for a better TV and at a fantastic price.

The 1 thing that I don't like, and is driving me crazy, is the remote does not have a "last" button. I'm back to using my cable remote control most the time. And I probably would not do the roller ball remote again - it's very touchy - moves when you're trying to click it and you end up clicking something you didn't want.

I would highly recommend. Looks great day or night, and sounds good too without needing much of a stereo. (Although I wouldn't mind getting a sound at and sub woofer)

Beautiful TV with an excellent picture! I am having a problem, as I can not figure out how to program the TV to always open to the TV programs??? Now when the TV turns on, it is on TV for about 32-seconds, when it goes to the main screen and I then have to re program it to the TV stations.

Great quality for sit coms and movies, no need for sound bar, it's sounds great just as it is and if you're still undecided, take a look at all the reviews online. I'm so glad we chose this model. Very happy with our second LG purchase. We have another that is almost 7 years old and no problems at all! Would highly recommend.

We were looking for a new television because our old one just quit on us. That night went to some research online to look at reviews on what brand was the best. Next day went to three stores to see what was available. We knew what we wanted and we were lucky to find what we have now. We are really happy that we made the right choice.

My big complaint is the cursor jumps to hyper speed when I am happy moving cursor by clicking and the movement can only be slowed but not stopped.

When watching a movie or TV show, it feels like you are actually in the program instead of on a couch. The sound quality is great! I love the ability to customize this TV to my liking. My husband has his PS5 hooked up to it as well. The quality of the picture and audio while playing on his PS5 is great and far better than our previous TV. The ability to stream PlutoTV on here is a big plus. We are a cable free household and rely solely on streaming services. If you are in the market for a TV, definitely give this one a look!
