[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG to replace a TV that quit on me! What I noticed right away was that my new LG was so much brighter and vivid. The picture really pops and the excellent contrast makes me feel like I'm in the picture. Also, the sound is superior to my last set, it has more wattage and gives me more range without even needing a sound bar. I really am pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this LG 65 in. TV in order to replace an older LG 55 in. I own which was NOT a smart TV. I called it a dumb TV due to the lack of Web OS. It too worked very well. So far the 65 in. LG 65UR80 has not disappointed. It boots up fairly quickly and I have more Apps than I will ever need. The variety of channels is incredible. The sound is much better than the old one. I may not even need a sound bar but I like the Bass I get during movies or music playing. I switches quickly between medias and the picture quality is outrageous! Keep it up LG!!!

LG wanted a quick review but I'm a believer in waiting a while before reviewing. Glad I did! We purchased the LG TV as a family Christmas gift 2023. It is now the end of February 2024. The TV has turned itself “ON” without anyone around! We've counted 7 times so far and 3 have been during the night! The last thing I want to do is wake up at 3am….to go shut off the TV! We have 2 other LG sets and didn't have this problem.

After a month or so I discovered that LG no longer allows SiriusXM Radio - bummer. Then when I call for tech. service, I get someone from a foreign country that I can hardly understand. The user manual has very little information as to how to operate the remote and get the TV to do what you want it to do.. I guess you just think that everyone is a techie.

I can't hook it up to my older sound system but am still trying to figure a way. I may need to get the sound bar recommended for extra effects. Great price with easy installation. Great deal

Had the TV for about a month, the picture is excellent, we stream all our content and it couldn't be better. The sound is very good. We are very happy with it, have it on the wall, it is pretty heavy, be we got it up there. You can't go wrong with this TV .

My wife and I installed this in only a short amount of time. The only issue we had was we were reusing a wall bracket from our earlier tv and needed to purchase different mounting screws. Our new LG was much lighter than the old tv and didn't require the larger screws from the old tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a wonderful crisp picture! I love the fact that the tv has all preloaded apps and we just have to relog into them! The sound it great but we also now use our LG sound bar and it's like being in a small movie theater! I love how the picture will self-adjust to eliminate any glare! Money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with the product & online help. The timers are turned off but tv continues to turn on by itself many times a day. Wish the Home Screen came open to live tv automatically. Remote is very sensitive

I have TV for a couple weeks and finally figured out how to live tv. Don't know much about all the other things that come up and don't know which are costing . I got hung up on a stupid cooking show and it nearly drove me nuts. Controls are not intuitive and I am not a techie.'So it has been challenging.
