This TV is mostly for Gamers. It is Difficult to set up initially. LG only wants you to watch threir chosen channels which is aimed to gamers. I wish they had spelled it out a little clearer in the description. I had to call LG customer service and after 30 minutes the tech was ready for me to get off the phone. I finally called my Son and he walked me thru some more of the setup but I still cannot access my favorite channels so I have contacted Sam's customer Service so that I can return this TV to LG.

The picture quality goes beyond the unimaginable, the brightness of the color is amazing and I can watch my TV shows and movies like never before thanks to the 4K UHD, the AI sound pro allows me to listen every sound in a terrific way.

It has a wide array of options, many of which we may not use but this technology is impressive. Learning the remote control was a bit of a challenge at first. Great TV.

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV. Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan. Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back. My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer! It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc. IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has a pretty good tuner in it if you are looking into picking up many OTA stations. The remote and AI interface provide a great deal of functionality however, response time in navigating between apps, channels, etc. is slow. The television has a nice picture but I don't feel like it's a full conversion to 4k. It looks a little better than 1080i but not quite 4k.

Sound quality is very good as well. I can't get over the size of the picture and the quality as well. No drag or lag on sporting events.. great value for the money.

We purchased this lg tv about a month ago. It is a fabulous tv. The picture and remote are great. I specifically like the menu system compared to the two other non LG TVs I have. Overall the performance is outstanding. I plan to purchase a larger LG model for our prime tv.

The picture really pops and the excellent contrast makes me feel like I'm in the picture. Also, the sound is superior to my last set, it has more wattage and gives me more range without even needing a sound bar. I really am pleased with my purchase!
