TV OK but Remote Terrible

The TV is fine but the remote is terrible!! It is next to impossible to switch to a station that I want to watch. I have tried many different ways to move among the different stations and none of them work. I would not buy this TV again just for this reason.

It took several phone calls, including a two hour long session with a tech in the Philippines to get the TV to work. The remote cursor is extremely annoying and difficult to control. Once a program starts don't touch it! You will lose your place and have to start all over. The picture is good though and it seems to connect to the internet okay.

But after some manual tweaks to the picture quality I am satisfied with the quality. I was not liking the ghosting that appeared with football movement but I could correct that. I purchased this bc the price was right. For my purposes I did not want to pay for a QLED. Way over my budget. I could have found cheaper but I did still want a quality TV.

Love the TV.. Great picture and sound. The only reasons I can't give 5 stars are the remote and having to go through seemingly endless menus. The remote default to the bouncy cursor is most annoying and really unneeded. If the TV simply defaulted to the live TV setting, it would be an improvement.

Great picture but firmware needs improvement

The mouse curse on the magic remote is a great and so is the picture. The issue we have is the firmware and sometimes it's slowness to respond to commands. Sometimes it's fast sometimes it can take up to 20 seconds to go into the app center. Don't know if our latest firmware actually needs another update but we recommend the tv overall as a B+.
