[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I bought my new TV ,I thought I had a pretty good (yet old )TV still performing reliably . After turning on the new TV, I was blown away by the quality and easy handling of it. I keep praising to my friends what an upgrade it was and that I regret not having it done earlier!

This is an excellent tv for the price. It's HUGE! Picture is great, considering it is not QLED OR OLED. I'm sure paying between 50%-300% more for either of those technologies would give a little better performance, but in my opinion, not enough better to justify the additional cost. This 86” tv uses a faster processor than the smaller TVs in the 8000 series. The remote is well thought out and easy to use, but could use backlighting. The only other minor issue I have had is reflections from room lighting, but overall a great TV for the money.

The clarity of the picture is amazing, between that and the size it's like having the people in our living room, acting on a stage just for us! I haven't hooked up my Switch yet, but am looking forward to play video games with life sized characters!

I have always wanted a larger TV in our main room. This 86" replaced a 65" and the difference is amazing. Plus this is a 4K and at 86", I can see the difference. Curved images appear very smooth, without the usual jagged edges. Colors are very true and has very deep blacks so the contrast level is much higher than other LED TVs I have viewed. I also like the remote, it is easy to operate and very intuitive.

I don't know which we're happier with, our children or the new TV! We watched golf the 1st weekend and were amazed how vivid the golf course looked, almost like we were there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I purchased this TV because my previous LG broke. It's was purchased on 2019. Only lasted for 4 years. Not good if on 4 years span . I'm not sure if this will last longer than that because it's a budget TV for me . We shall see. Other than that I really like this TV because of the apps and the internet features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has a pretty good tuner in it if you are looking into picking up many OTA stations. The remote and AI interface provide a great deal of functionality however, response time in navigating between apps, channels, etc. is slow. The television has a nice picture but I don't feel like it's a full conversion to 4k. It looks a little better than 1080i but not quite 4k.

The picture quality goes beyond the unimaginable, the brightness of the color is amazing and I can watch my TV shows and movies like never before thanks to the 4K UHD, the AI sound pro allows me to listen every sound in a terrific way.

It has a wide array of options, many of which we may not use but this technology is impressive. Learning the remote control was a bit of a challenge at first. Great TV.

Here is the reason why I am so happy I bought this LG TV. Originally I bought a new 55" Samsung Crystal Tizan. Eleven calls to Samsung trying to put my computer on its screen. Tech support couldn't solve it and was told to call Xfinity. No luck co back to Samsung who then told me to contact Dish - no luck. Then they told me to contact Dell - again, no luck. So I had them pick it up and ship it back. My sister just bought a new LG and told me to try it and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The colors are great but I find the greatest this is the EASE on uses to navigate all of your systems. it's easy to go from TV to computer and back! It's easy to set the many option sleep timer! It's easy to set the type of sound you want, etc. IT'S JUST SO EASY TO ENJOY TV ON MY NEW 55" LG TV!!!
