A few weeks out the tv works good, the remote is a problem for my husband ,he is electronically challenged when he hits the button to select it rolls so the mouse appears again, over and over until he gives it to me to get the station he wants. I wish there was a way to just turn off the mouse, we don't need a magic remote.

Negative: WEB OS is super slow, some time you need to wait 10 seconds to open settings or apps, not all apps are available on WEB OS, Installation of apps fails many time. The new high definition capabilities we are looking forward to in the future, But most important to the acquisition was the installation instructions offered by telephone contact with the gentleman who told us is name was Marvin. His courteous assistance had our television operating within 10-15 minutes. His knowledge was valuable to help two seniors.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. After getting it installed I wish I had kept my old LG. This tv is hard to get use to for this senior. Processor is slow and hard to locate channels. You can specify programs you want to see and you don't always get what you ask for. Guess I was just use to the older model that I should have kept.

I bought it about three weeks ago and am totally satisfied. I called a representative and she walked me through how to set up my TV system. This is the first smart TV a I own and the representative was very patient with me in setting up the features.

I bought this TV as a present to myself for my 70th birthday. I bought the 75 inch to replace my 5 year old LG in my living room and placed my older TV in my bedroom. The new 75 inch LG has better color and sound and I love all the apps and the remote.
