A few weeks out the tv works good, the remote is a problem for my husband ,he is electronically challenged when he hits the button to select it rolls so the mouse appears again, over and over until he gives it to me to get the station he wants. I wish there was a way to just turn off the mouse, we don't need a magic remote.

Great TV with privacy concerns.

The TV is great. The sound is good too. The smart features not so much as you cannot download apps on it without sharing private viewing information with LG. So I use a Fire TV Stick to access the apps. Also you need the LG app on your phone to unlock some features on the TV or using the phone as a remote. This annoyance takes off two stars.

Looking at this as a 2-3 year bridge while the higher LED options and other technical advantages in the higher cost TV sets sort themselves out and become more price / value favorable. The 5th star would have been awarded, but, the remote control has issues/opportunities.

Features always get confused! When trying to use

Haven't had this TV for a year yet and had to replace the remote, had to go back to factory settings. Thought it was my modem, bought a new one. Checked with internet provider, and that wasn't the problem. The TV IS NOT AT ALL what we thought we purchased.

I purchased this product two weeks ago as a replacement for my Toshiba that's LCD elements were on the fritz. The colors are deep enough to provide plenty of contrast, and while I've heard from some that the AI is too smart? I rather enjoy being able to turn my screen off and still listen to whatever the program is while I fall asleep. Best thing ever, especially, after being in 911 for the last 24 years. No complaints so far!
