[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It have great 4k quality but it have way to many ads or video recommendations I will like it it have a option to be more simple. The first time I let the The TV on for a couple of minutes the random music settings got me out of guard but is a something that enjoy. And it will be a plus if I would use the Spotify app instead of only Pandora.

Dim and skin tone problems. Hurts my eyes to see the news anchors in this tv. The skin tone is not fixable because if you tweak it to fix it then you mess the whole picture. This problem was fixed years ago by most tv makers with a simple software update that targets only skin tones. Backlight is not bright enough and if you increase brightness then all looks foggy.

I use reviews to make an educated decision prior to purchase on how good the item is, or how bad it is, problem areas and long term use by people who have already purchased the item… However, if 90% of the reviews are part of a promotional survey then it null and voids the use of honest informative reviewing by people who haven't been approached by the manufacturer/seller…. Shouldn't be allowed……

We had to return 2 tv's back because they were delivered broken. Finally, the 3rd TV was good.
