[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV black Friday shopping. Love the clear definition and the size. Was easy to set up. Only thing I wish it had was a microphone to talk search. Which it shows as an option on the TV itself, but no microphone button on the remote.

Have spent 2 rounds on the phone with Craig (who is excellent) doing the same things we did on the first call & things my husband and I had already done. Quite flustered right now. Getting a new remote delivered, hopefully the next review will be better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for our patio so wanted something relatively inexpensive but still good picture quality. This TV hit that mark perfectly. It went beyond what I expected for the price with crisp, clear picture even in sunlight. The smart TV features are also quite good (a rarity if you ask me as I usually don't like the built-in smart features).

Bought TV a few days ago and picture is so clear. Had a little trouble setting up but calls customer support and they were awesome helpers. Disappoint that no manual was included. I agree with another person, the remove isn't as user friendly as previous remotes

I've had this TV for about 2 months now. Issues that I've encountered includes: - Voice not matching the picture - Picture not showing (black screen), but sound is audible - Limited apps on their "smart tv" apps All the above impact my enjoyment of this TV and the overall rating.

Originally purchased due to dark areas in a program being not as dark as other TV brands as my husband has impaired vision. Plus, the sound is great too!

For the value this tv has great picture, sound, and many apps and capabilities including airplay and casting. Very satisfied with my purchase next is a Soundbar to make it sound even better !
