Nice TV, but not do nice compatibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this tv for our bedroom. We like to surf the internet, watch goofy vids, play online video games, and we work on small desktops, but our current viewing options were limited and small, so we wanted to mirror our phones and desktops to a large screen. With a new 50" Vizio tv, the sharp, vivid screen and the crisp clear audio, we thought we found our answer and solution to our small problem, however, we are disappointed and still using our small screens. The prosses to mirror or casting to our Vislzio tv is tedious and inly works about 5% of the time. Our tv isn't compatible friendly and doesn't want to communicate with other devices. So, if you're looking for a great picture and sound to enjoy for regular tv, Vizio is great, but if u like to mirror, cast or game, Vizio isn't so great.

Amazing Picture Quality/Awesome Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this TV to place in our work training and break area, was not needing a TV that was over the top and honestly did not do much research before purchasing. Installed the TV and set it up for our first training and was honestly blown away! Picture quality is amazing and the added features this TV has will have us using it more than we planned. The team has been blown away by the quality and they are now looking to purchase their own. Great product and super excited with this purchase!

Amazing picture quality!

Ran in the store already knowing I wanted a Vizio! Bonus: Very impressed with the picture and sound quality, along with the speed overall! Will always love my Vizio!

Great picture

Great, vivid picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Closed caption and other programmable features are good. Remote is simple but small, slick (falls out of my hand and gets lost alot). Remote needs bumps and more tactile cues so I can program in the dark!

Love our new Vizio television

I wasn't sure how everything would go with unboxing and setting up the 75” Vizio, but it was packed extremely well and the instructions and special bag for lifting it out of the box helped make everything go smoothly. The TV's picture is excellent and the remote operates smoothly. The television's internal speakers are about what normally comes with a big screen so I've ordered a sound bar.

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great! It has a great picture! Colors are bright and sharp! Worth every penny. Only downside is sometimes the TV will turn off eARC even though I have a Vizio soundbar connected to it, but aside from that, it's still a great TV

It's new, some things are difficult

Have spent 2 rounds on the phone with Craig (who is excellent) doing the same things we did on the first call & things my husband and I had already done. Quite flustered right now. Getting a new remote delivered, hopefully the next review will be better!

What they don't tell you!

Overall, it is a ok system with the occasional freeze up. Not impressive quality. Had problems with their updating process when I first turned it on. The TV froze up and had to call tech support. Well after a few attempts by Tech Support we got it going. What they don't tell you is that Vizio Bluetooth Headset connection doesn't stay connected. You have to manually re-connect every minute or so. Yes, I said every minute or so. When I called their tech support all I got was the run around. First they told me that only a few headsets were compatible with the Vizio TV. When I asked where do I find this information, they directed me to their website. However, there was ZERO INFORMATION on the website about compatible headsets, earbuds, etc. I have Apple earbuds, and Blue Parrot Headphones. Both hi quality and expensive bluetooth devices. Neither can stay connected. After turning off every bluetooth device in the house and just the Apple Earbuds and the Vizio TV, the Apple Earbuds, not the Blue Parrot Headset would not stay connected. Picture quality is ok for the price, however, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this product.
