We have always had great service and performance from our VIZIO TV's with no failures to date, unlike the TV it replaced. You can't go wrong with a VIZIO product. I highly recommend.

I've had this TV for about 2 months now. Issues that I've encountered includes: - Voice not matching the picture - Picture not showing (black screen), but sound is audible - Limited apps on their "smart tv" apps All the above impact my enjoyment of this TV and the overall rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most everything is great with the TV. The only annoying feature so far is the show info on over-the-air. No info is shown unless you press OK, arrow down a few times, then arrow over to info, then press OK. Every TV I've had since 2001 has had a single press INFO key on the remote. I would definitely look at the remote functions of other brands before buying this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy with delivery, setup and picture for 3 days, after that the left 10 inches of the screen began to flicker the menu screen non stop and display began to waterfall in that area as well. Returning today for refund. Guess I got a bad one....

For the value this tv has great picture, sound, and many apps and capabilities including airplay and casting. Very satisfied with my purchase next is a Soundbar to make it sound even better !

In the store it was easy to compare it to other tvs and it has great picture quality compared to other tvs at this price range. The sound is amazing. Vizio has also done a great job allowing you to access all of your streaming apps without the need of another device and having to keep track of another remote. I would highly recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this series because I had to suddenly replace the 80" Vizio I had for 9 yrs. The reason: Boys...enough said lol. Its way lighter and the picture quality is amazing! The setup was super easy, I did it all alone form unboxing to programming. I'm impressed with the Vizio app as well! None of these perks came with my 80", Vizio has grown! I'll be looking for another 80" soon and hopefully I'll be blown away by that Vizio purchase also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the first V505M-K09 I bought in June 2023 for the family room so much that I bought another in September 2023 for the office upstairs. Great picture, easy to set up, noticeably lighter than previous models (easier to lug around). Love the availability of free channels even while I'm still becoming familiar with them, and the voice remote. I'm a long time Visio buyer.
