Bought Vizio again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our 7 year old Vizio died from lightning strike, we made sure we replaced it with another Vizio! Originally purchased due to dark areas in a program being not as dark as other TV brands as my husband has impaired vision. Plus, the sound is great too!

Good product for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased another 58" Visio V-Series. Unfortunately, my last one (also a 58") only lasted 2 1/2 years when the screen just had vertical lines on it. Costs more to get it repaired than buy a new one. Recommend an extended warranty if offered. Live and learn.

Love it

This is the best tv I've ever had. And at 60 I've had a lot. From Samsung to Lg etc. love love love this TV. I need one for every room in my house now

Apps are limited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv in my research was highly rated and had all the ports I needed but after installing and loading everything this tv is not as smart as it claims to be. I was very disappointed but I guess I get what I paid for.

Great buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the set for about 3 weeks. So far so good. I was very impressed with the easy set up. Streaming features are nice however have had a good amount of buffering so far even though the set is in the same room as the modem and router, so I hope this is not going to be an ongoing issue as we are looking to cut the cable cord. Still getting use to the sound coming from the back of the set. It's not bad, just different than my previous which had front speakers. Otherwise, sound is great for movies and gaming. Overall, good purchase for the price.

Amazing features

Best tv out here!

Disappointment

All apps have trouble. They open and when trying to play something it has a msg saying having trouble playing this. This is the 3rd vizio tv. I bought a 50 a 58 and now 65 in and they all have the same thing apps open but won't play anything. I'm very disappointed and will return this tv and try a different brand. I bought a roku streaming device cuz it wouldn't work any other way while I make time to take tv back to sams since it's a big tv

Really easy to setup and enjoy

Great Value, great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a more highly rated Samsung 60". The Vizio cost much less, is 65" the picture quality is superior (especially considering the Vizio V series is considered "entry" level). Vizio boasts 6th generation WiFi, I do not have this. I did connect the TV to the home WiFi easily (2.4 & 5Ghz). Then I connected the TV to the ethernet connection and the speed is superior. The packaging protected the TV adequately. 3 negatives: 1- The owners manual refers to a "menu" button on the remote.. the remote has no menu button. I was able to figure out how to get to the settings. 2- the TV has 4 screws that appear to be for wall mounting. I later noticed in teh owners manual, page 10 it states NBOT to use these screws for mounting, a warning on or near teh screws would be a better idea. 3- Once connected it took a lenghty time for teh (new) TV to load all teh numerous updates.
