Tried all options from support, contacted support (Craig was great) but didn't resolve, now waiting on top support to get back to me. We shall see.

I have always bought Vizio's because I feel like their quality to price ratio has been the best. The only thing that I don't like about the purchase is that the TV does not have a removable power cord. My other set up I have, I needed a longer cord to make it work. Luckily, that was not the case in this instance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Voice remote has quit. Customer service sent a new one but it is not a voice remote so this episode isn't over yet. No I wouldn't recommend it right now. Customer service was great. TV is too new to have issues in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pros: cost, size, smart TV, alternate viewing sources cons: you have to use the Vizio remote to switch inputs EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn on the TV. It doesn't remember what source used when you turned off the TV, it always brings you to the main menu where you have to toggle to get to your cable or fire stick, or whatever you have plugged into the HDMI ports.

My only complaint is that we could not download Spectrum app and had to buy an additional device to watch tv. This was a replacement for a Samsung tv that the back light went out and could only view half a screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these TV's, they have everything you already need loaded onto them and are definitely designed with user experience in mind, I love their free TV programming and that every app i want is already right there and available. I also love their attention to detail sound picture and other things that are not included in other brands but should be. I'm devoted and no longer am interested in other brands. =). Oh and their Phone APP is also highly functional and brilliant that it lets you directly view and select apps on it.. well deserved brand loyalty.
