WORST TV EVER!!!

Bought on March 2022 and on Sept 2022, stop functioning. Since then, Ive been on and off with Vizio guarantee coordinating the pickup of the tv at my home and the reimbursement of what I paid. They were supposed to pickup last Friday and they never showed up nor called, and I wont receive the reimbursement until they pick up the tv. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN USA AND PUERTO RICO!!! DONT BUY VIZIO!!!

Stuck with this TV and KEEP YOUR BOX

Good TV until it looses the internet and cannot reconnect without unplugging the TV and plugging back in and hope that it will work. We've had this TV for 6 weeks and it does this at least 3 times weekly. AND KEEP YOUR BOX!!!!! Sams club will not take it back without the box!!!! All we have bought over the past 10 yrs is Vizio TV's and never had a problem so we didn't think twice about keeping the box and tossed it after setting it up and seeing that it works. Sams club does not mention that anywhere!!!
