Cracked Screen

Tv was delivered with a cracked screen. Lines just cover the TV . This is first I ever ordered a TV and my last time.

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.
