[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first night I slept on my new mattress I wasn't sure if the mattress was going to be firm enough with the soft pillow top with my bad back, shoulders, and hips. When I laid on the bed I thought I will have to return the bed because it didn't support my back. When I woke up in the morning, I had no pain! This is the first time in 12 years when I didn't wake up in pain and feeling like a truck ran me over. The bed doesn't move when my husband or my 100 pound German Shepherd jumps in my bed. When sitting on the side of the bed getting my meds for the night, the bed is supportive and I don't slide off. We love our new bed! Highly recommend!

Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.

Finally, when we got this Stearns Foster mattress, we found our match. I read reviews each time I bought each mattress. Not sure what to say except the first two - which were also not inexpensive - were just not comfortable. They were so uncomfortable that I was roaming from one bed to the couch and back. When we got this Stearns and Foster bed, I stopped roaming and slept through the night without aching in the morning. I wish we would have bought this first, but at least I'm glad we kept looking instead of giving up. We bought this hybrid, medium mattress with the base and I don't think we'll ever buy another brand now that we've found a comfortable bed. We'll worth the cost. Five stars.

I have severe spine problems due to injuries from years ago and have struggled to get consistent, restful sleep. This matress is the best I've tried and would recommend it to anyone, especially if they struggle as I have.

Bought a Lux Hybrid many years ago, best mattress I ever owned….heavy, took 4 people to move it. Should’ve known something was up when I replaced it with the same exact mattress and it only took two people to move it. Something changed, and for the worse. Mattress quickly broke down, My wife woke with excruciating back pain. I sent pictures to the company to no avail. The memory foam on the top masks just how bad the sag is underneath. My wife was in so much pain. I flipped the mattress and we literally slept on the coils, which is ridiculous given how much I paid for this. I’m parked in front of mattress firm, getting another mattress now, and it occurred to me that I would’ve had better return support having bought it from them than from the manufacturer. Explain that? I look forward to bringing this back to your office, I don’t live too far from you, Hopefully you can do some forensic analysis and find out how your people that actually put their signature on my bed failed us so miserably.

I am a big guy with a history of back issues. My first night on my new mattress was great. The firm mattress gave me the support I needed and the pillow top was wonderful. The engineering that goes into these mattress’s is phenomenal. Keep up the good work.
