The medium is a perfect combo of support and comfort. No stinky mattress smell. We get a much better sleep now. Seems my previous one had much harder edges, but that was mentioned in my previous bed as a separate technology. This isn't bad though. Overall very pleased

I've slept on many mattresses in my life. This thing is amazing. I'm the average American male size - 5'9" 190lbs. With other top of the line memory foam mattresses they were comfortable however, I would sweat too much. With this mattress in the same room, I never wake up in a pool of sweat. In fact since purchasing this mattress, I hardly ever wake up in the middle of the night at all. I'm much more rested getting up every morning than I ever was prior. This is worth the premium over the competition, especially if you have a demanding job and must get up everyday ready to perform at the highest levels - YOU NEED THIS AND NOTHING LESS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first night I slept on my new mattress I wasn't sure if the mattress was going to be firm enough with the soft pillow top with my bad back, shoulders, and hips. When I laid on the bed I thought I will have to return the bed because it didn't support my back. When I woke up in the morning, I had no pain! This is the first time in 12 years when I didn't wake up in pain and feeling like a truck ran me over. The bed doesn't move when my husband or my 100 pound German Shepherd jumps in my bed. When sitting on the side of the bed getting my meds for the night, the bed is supportive and I don't slide off. We love our new bed! Highly recommend!

With both of us having various ongoing back and joint pains, decided to go for it. It's been one week and felt the difference after one day - sleeping through the night, not waking up with pain / pressure points and overall less body pain in the morning. This is after switching from a mid-level price point mattress. In this situation, you do get what you are paying extra for - the value is there. Now I just need it to maintain form / not dip after a few months like so many mattresses across the industry did that were constructed in 2020/2021

After constantly visiting the chiropractor twice a week over a year just didn't make a difference. So my last option was to break down and buy a quality matress and when I say quality I mean it, this is the last mattress I'll ever own. The best sleep I've experienced in years, I felt so rested and couldn't believe the pain relief from this mattress. Unbelievable!!! You definitely get what you pay for. Best investment I've made in a long time. I highly recommend.

I had not been charged for my mattress for over a month, I called Stearn and Foster tried to get past the automated attendant, but it kept saying to re-phrase my question. Tracking your order is a joke, there are no details. Managment needs to make some customer-oriented changes. When you spend more money you expect better service.
