[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to finally try this product and I wasn't disappointed! The first thing I did was clean the ceiling fan in my living room. We rarely turn the fan on in this room during the winter months but it has gotten some use. I did NOT KNOW that "some use" would mean heavy dust still collected on the fan blades. Gross! Thanks goodness the swiffer is extendable, and made reaching the ceiling fan easy, and cleaning it even easier! I was amazed at how much it picked up. The only problem I had was that although it picked up a lot of dust, it didn't catch all of it. It could just be that I had more dust and dirt than I thought was up there. Excited to use this product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a box of 6, 360 dusters. To my surprise they are a lot shorter than when I first purchased 360 kit. I'd say almost 1/3 shorter in length. I will no longer purchase dusters but go back to a dust rag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to BzzAgent and Swiffer, I received the Swiffer Duster Starter kit. As soon as I opened the box I got excited. The packaging was well done and the colors scheme makes you feel happy. The Swiffer company has already sold me on many of their other products so I was happy that they did not let me down with this product as well. The long adjustable and extended arm was a great feature and feel as though it is one of the better features. These features let me dust every single ceiling fan in my home, without the use of any other products or the dreaded vacuum. Upon dusting the ceiling fans, I used to get those nice dust bunnies fall from the fan upon cleaning and to my surprise the Swiffer dusted managed to grab on and hold tight to all of the dust and I did not feel like I needed to clean my floor up after using it. These features also helped me to dust all of the blinds in my house as well as on top of the molding around my door ways with ease! I highly recommend this product, especially for anyone who likes to have a clean home, but to someone who doesn't have to work so hard for it to look so nice. Kudos Swiffer, you have managed to steal my heart. Well done!

I bought a Heavy Duty Starter Kit recently, to dust around my computer desk, with monitors, mouse, keyboard, USB backup device, and the usual stuff. I found the duster to be very effective, but the design of the handle, at least the portion that is meant to grip the duster, is too slippery, and I found the duster comes off frequently as a result. Also, there are no instructions for replacing the duster onto the handle. I've seen a note on this site, in relation to a similar complaint, explaining to simply slide the duster onto the handle, which sounds simple. But in practice it's almost impossible to install a new duster, and even when you do, it comes off frequently. Swiffer, you really need to address this problem, as it ruins an otherwise effective product.

No more dragging the step stool around the house! This product is a must have for sure! I can't imagine cleaning without it anymore. By far one of my favorite cleaning supplies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a BIG fan of Swiffer dusters!! These cloths pick up dust and hair like glue...and do not let it go!! LOVE the extender handle especially. I am able to reach cobwebs on the ceiling, ceiling fans, tops of shelves...so many hard to reach places!! They overall hold together well too. I can get a lot of use from one duster cloth. This has made a AWESOME addition to my cleaning arsenal, and I could not do without them!!!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. These are just what I needed! We have a lot of surfaces that need dusting and I was out of dusters. This picked up all of the dust and cat hair that were on those items: a glass TV stand, ceiling fan blades, and furniture. They are really soft and definitely won't scratch anything info.

Once open, the puffy dust grabbing fibers got a great workout. I have dust allergies and usually abandon the home and let my significant other do the dusting. This time I dusted the fan and not a spec of dust came down in my face. Best of all no sneezing! It was gentle enough to clean my ceramic roosters atop the bookcase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am please with the Swiffer 360 duster being able to reach back behind items, like a tv picture, and really get the dust out of the nooks and crannys. In our upstairs bedrooms I was able to bend the swiffer so I didn't even have to get the step ladder to dust the fans. I was very happy with the product. It does EXACTLY what is say it will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i think the swiffer duster is really helpful. it's a great product for busy people or people who don't like to spend a lot of time cleaning. i breezed through hours worth of dusting in minutes. it was helpful in every room in my house. i dusted table tops, counter tops, dressers, my bed head, frame & footboard. The flexible & extendable arm allowed me to clean my fridge top, window and ledges with minimum effort and no need for a ladder. the cleaning pad fits easily in small spaces like between stove and cupboard or Fridge and wall. The pad traps and hold the dust, not like my old feather duster with which i would see the dust flying around the air while dusting. when the pad is dirty it takes about 5 seconds to replace it with a new one.
