Horrible product

There were no pockets to attach duster to handle so the product was useless... don't know if box was defective but will never buy again

reply from The Swiffer Team

This certainly isn't the experience we'd like you to have, since our products do go through many quality checks to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. We can assure you that our Heavy Duty Dusters are designed with two sleeves so that the handle prongs can be inserted. These sleeves can be found between the fluffy layers, in the center of the duster cloth. We hope this helps. We'd be happy to answer any questions you may have, so please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 when you're able.

Moves dust as opposed to trapping dust

I do not find that these 'trap' dust. My microfiber cloth works better. The Swiffer dusters 'move' dust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Swiffer Duster. I didnt have to climb on a chair to dust the high stuff. Picture frames, tops of the doors. Thank you bzzagent for allowing me to try this wonderful product.

Convenient duster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a large house with lots of nooks and crannies this is a great product. For apartment living, not a necessary tool. My favorite Swiffer products remain the sweeper for floors.
