Being used to my floor Swiffer I was expecting this to have a longer handle, however all together it is a little more that a foot long. Although it cannot be used to reach high places, it is great at close range. I have always dusted with a damp rag, so when I used this Swiffer duster to dust a shelf with fragile items, I couldn't believe how easy it was! No more carefully removing each item, cleaning, then putting back. Two passes over each spot and it was clean and looked great. I am a convert to this product and now don't dread dusting!

We just moved into a new place and there were so many spots he couldn't reach to clean like the top of the fan blades or the light fixtures and this made it so easy. It picked up so much dust that we couldn't see before. This will definitely be a keeper in our home.

I mean, they knew the extending handle was good for all people to reach things they normally couldn't but now even my kids love to use it! They think its fun to dust things (I know, they're nuts) but extra fun to extend the handle, flip it over, twist it around things, you name it, they want to dust it. Lets talk about the actual pieces. Color is pretty, the dusting fibers are 360 degrees, and the handle is the right size for anyone. If I put it down in a vase or wineglass it catches all the dust on the first try. The duster refills seem to last a lot longer than the original Swiffers and other brands. I dusted my entire ceiling fan that was long past due, shook it out a couple times, and the duster was almost back to new. I got the product for free but would gladly pay money for it. The starter kit isn't very much and would last me quite a long time before I would need to purchase a refill box. Basically, I didn't find anything negative to write about even when I tried hard to. Buy this, you won't be sorry you did.

This Swiffer Dusters Starter Kit made it a lot easier to get everything done. The handle was long enough that I could reach into higher spots and also long enough that I didn't have to stick my hand far into cabinets and small spaces. The duster picked up dust and debris really easily. It wasn't like a usual duster where everything just flies all over the place creating an even bigger mess. I'm so glad I have this.

No more taking everything off each shelf, spraying it with cleaner & then wiping it with a rag (which really just moves the dust around). The Swiffer Duster is perfect for getting around things, and the extendable handle is perfect for the higher shelves I couldn't reach without a step ladder. I will definitely purchase & continue to use Swiffer Dusters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Swiffer Dusters starter kit. This kit comes with the basic pole and also two refill dusters. This duster can get longer and turn 360! It gets everywhere! I am very short, so the extender was a great help to reach the high shelf or fan that needed dusting. I also liked that the dirt just magically stuck to the duster! No falling dust from the shelf or the fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day after I received my Swiffer Dusters Starter Kit, my parents decided they were coming over for an unexpected visit. With limited time to clean the whole place, I was excited to give the duster a try. It wasn't a disaster or anything, but with 3 cats, fur and dust from the litter tends to build up in some spots. So I busted out my new toy and got to work. I have to say, I loved how the head was so easily adjustable. It could be used flat to get underneath things or I could bend the head to dust on top of the things I can't reach, like the blades of the fan or the tops of some of my furniture. I can admit that my expectations for this product were probably a little higher than they should have been, like I expected the dust to jump off the shelves and onto the Swiffer, so that's my fault. However, I can say that the dusters were ok for the exact purpose that I needed them...a quick cleaning. Very helpful in a pinch, gets most of the dust if you go over it a couple of times, but not something I would grab for a thorough deep cleaning. Perfect for upkeep after that thorough deep cleaning though. I will definitely be using these regularly to keep the dust and fur at bay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With one swift wipe with my swifter 360 duster across my dusty TV screen, the swifter 360 removed all the dust particles! It was amazing to watch because it picked up all of the dust the first time! The fluffy fibers attracted all the dirt and dust all at once! I couldn't believe how quickly I was getting my house dusted! All the dust was coming up the first time and I didn't have to go back over it with a bottle of pledge and a wet rag. Plus the handle on the swifter 360 allows me to have a firm grip so I don't drop the duster. The swifter 360 even picked up dog hair that had been collecting along with the dust on my window pane. I also love how the swifter expands and extends so I can reach the ceiling corners and ceiling fan blades. I am already pretty short so having the additional extender really helps me reach those hard to reach areas! The cobwebs in the living room corner are now gone! The ceiling fan and blades are now squeaky clean! This makes cleaning much easier and faster! Plus it is lightweight, versatile and portable so it is easy to store and super easy to use. It even works on my hardwood floors! Poof! Dust be gone! ...and it is all thanks to my new Swifter 360 duster!  In the photo the swifter 360 is Swiftly attracting all the dust off of my entertainment center! I am so impressed with this duster!

I do not like to use dusters over and over and I refuse to wash dust rags (weirds me out). The handle extends pretty long and I like that the duster part folds over for storage. It is very easy to use. My only complaint would be the option of a longer handle for higher ceilings.

I didnt know if it collected dust as much as advertised.after receiving a sample from bzz agent from walmart I can honestly say this duster starter kit worked above and beyond what I thought it would. It locks into any position for you to make dusting easier and with 5 free refills you cant go wrong!
