Boy was I wrong abs now I know why they say don't judge a book by its cover. This duster is easy to use, it bends and closes down for those hard to reach spots. It extends for my ceiling fans, then bends for easy cleaning. By far one of the best products yet. I'm super excited to have received it, used it the same day it came. I'm loving my new dust buddy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would want to know before I buy the swiffer duster starter kit is if bends so I can get into cracks and places I wouldn't be able to get into with a straight duster. If your looking for a duster that reach spots that you have never reached before this is the duster for you. It is long enough to get to fans, corner in tall ceilings, and dark corners you never see. Its the best thing that speeds up my cleaning. It does the work for you which I love. I don't have to get on chairs and ladders hoping not to fall any more. With the swiffer duster it is able to reach areas you can't:) I love it. Easy to use and functional!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED THIS THING! i used this to dust everything in my living room and family room. from the tables to the ceiling fans. i was so surprised how well it worked on he ceiling fan blades . it normally takes me for ever to stand on my step stool and clean each blade by hand but with the swiffer starter kit with the extended arm it was much much easier and took way less time. my daughter then used it to dust off her tv and things in her room. like how when you dust stuff the cloth picked up the dust and not knock it all around the room. will defiantly use this again and again. can't believe wanted so long to try it.

I have used cleaning products, dusting mittens, etc. I LOVE the way this product works! It is so easy and thorough. I tried it on furniture, ceiling fans, window blinds and it works perfectly on all these surfaces. It was easy to use and had a locking system to position it in various angles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer duster has all the features you would want in a duster, it has a telescoping handle, the head pivot 360 degrees to make dusting at different angles easier, and the heads are disposable so when you're done dusting, you just toss the head and don't have to store a dirty duster. It's very effective at trapping and removing dust, and doesn't just push the dust around. I got it free through Bzzagent. I didn't realize how neglected some of my fixtures were, dust wise, until I used my Swiffer Duster on them. The amount of dust it removed was incredible. After using the Swiffer Duster, you'll say goodbye to other less efficient dusters.

It is great for cleaning the whole house top to bottom. My home can now be dust free, especially with two dogs walking and playing around. The dust and hair just cling to the Swiffer like a magnet. This is a great gadget for hard to reach places like blinds, door frames & ceiling fans!

With this product I was able to do an efficient, quick job! If you are debating on this product, I would say it is a must! It is very easy to use, it extends as well as locks into angled positions making it super user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite the fact that the duster part works great, the 360 Duster is a disappointment b/c there seems to not be a way to effectively secure the fluffy part to the handle. The fluffy part keeps sliding off. The instrux on the box are inadequate...only say "insert". Is Swiffer serious? As if that's not frustrating enough, the website seems to not contain instrux either. Looks like my hand is going to be the holder when I use the last 2 refills.
