[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit came at the PERFECT time. The past two weeks my family has been moving from the house we've been renting for the last year, into our new home (which is still under construction, but we're dealing with it,) and this kit literally showed up on my doorstep the day we finally moved everything out and were ready to clean! Now, I have used regular Swiffer dusters in the past, and although I am a fan, I don't really purchase them that regularly. Why? Because, in all honesty, in my experience a damp rag and a ladder work just as well. BUT, I was still very excited to try out this new and improved version of the Swiffer Duster, and the very first thing I did once I unboxed it was go around to every single fan in the house, ( which was like, 6 fans) and see how well this baby worked! First of all, the handle extends about 3-4 feet, which makes reaching tall objects (like fans and shelves) super easy. For someone who's not exactly tall, like myself, this is a big plus. You can also change the angle at which the head rests, which makes it even easier to get to those hard-to-reach places. So, that part is fantastic, no complaints here! Now, onto the actual head of the duster. Like I said before, I have used the original Swiffer duster, and there is no denying that it works. It's more a question of if it works better than any other method of dusting. I can say flat out that it's a million times better than a feather duster - where feather dusters just toss the dust into the air to settle somewhere else, the Swiffer duster actually picks up the dust, and it does it well. BUT, like also said before, I get just a good of a result using a damp rag. The one real benefit of the Swiffer is the extender pole, which is a lot easier to use than having to grab a ladder and lug it around to every high place you have to reach. Now, what I wanted to see was if the new Swiffer 360 was any better than the original. Verdict? Not really. I'm not saying it's not a good product, because it is. It does the job it says it's going to do, and it does it well. It definitely pick up dust, but like I've said a few times now, a damp rag works just as well. What you're really paying for here is convenience - the convenience of not having to carry a ladder around the house with you. Which, I have to admit, is a very nice convenience. Not having to worry about reaching those higher areas make the job a lot easier, and make it go a lot faster. Is it enough of one for me to continue purchasing these Swiffer dusters? Honestly? It depends on how lazy I'm feeling. Because for lazy cleaning days, yes, absolutely I'll buy these again. They make the job much easier. But for the days that I want my house really, REALLY clean? I'm probably gonna have to stick with the damp rag and the ladder.

I am on the short side so dusting hard to reach places means I rarely do it without the help of my husband. When I received the package I was happy to find an extending arm on it, however it just didn't live up to my expectations. The product states it locks in dust but I still had ALOT of dust fall to the ground. It didn't seem like the product picked up dust but more moved it around. Overall I wasnt that pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Swiffer Duster Extender. It makes cleaning things like the ceiling fans and pictures on the walls super easy. I even used it to dust inside the recessed lights. When I first got it, my 12 year old son wanted to be the first one to use it. He loves dusting with it, and I love that he'll willingly help me clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids. They can dust without you watching over them since there aren't any chemicals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen the Swiffer duster kit a million times at the store and just wasn't sure if it was worth the money or if I should keep pulling out a chair and cleaning my ceiling fans by hand (so to speak). I am sold now on the kit purely for the extender, it worked great! My only complaint was that it didn't trap all the dust on the duster on its own, but it worked great after I used a little Swiffer dusting spray on the duster.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The attachment of these took me a few tries to get it right. They cleaned the plantation shutters on my windows almost effortlessly. Even though the duster didn't fluff up as much as the picture shows, it still got everything dusted and clean. The dust stays trapped on it and doesn't go floating through the air when you are cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Standing at 5'2, I've always had a hard time cleaning the tops of the fan blades, and needless to say, my husband is less than enthusiastic about the task. This product, with it's extendable handle, allows me to do the job myself. I was able to clean five different fans with the single duster and an additional two came in the package. I was thoroughly pleased with the level of clean and the ease of use. I almost wish I had more fans to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an accident where a pipe burst under my sink, all my dusters were ruined by the water. I tried to let them dry out, it didn't work. I feel that these need to come in a resealable package to protect against things like this. A lot of people keep cleaning supplies under the sink, and its a shame when you have to replace things due to accidents like that. Other than that.. I love these products. It is wonderful at catching all the dust. It doesn't leave anything behind. The dust sticks like a magnet.

You should have seen what this new product did for my house! In fact, I was going to post a before and after picture, but you wouldn't have believed me. So here goes.... I have two dogs who shed up a storm, a long-haired cat, and two kids under 7. Plus, with both of us working outside the home, you can only imagine the amount of dust and mess that collects on literally EVERYTHING. I don't have time to dust on a regular basis, and besides, my allergies always act up when dust gets kicked up into the air from cleaning (a good excuse, right?? :-) When I opened my new Swiffer 360 Duster Starter Kit (http://swiffer.com/en-us/shop-products/dusting/swiffer-360-dusters-cleaner-starter-kit), it was super-easy to assemble and I was excited to see that it had a telescoping, swiveling arm to get high places as well as into those weird awkward places where dust loves to collect. In just the first few minutes of starting to dust our TV room, I quickly saw how easy and effective the dusters were. Dust wasn't going into the air -- it was going onto the duster! And with the new telescoping arm, I could dust bookshelves and the fan blades I've been meaning to get to but couldn't. The house started to look clean again, and I know my kids' allergies will thank me. This is a fantastic product with only one flaw -- the dusters themselves are a little small. So if you have a very dusty house (as I do) you will find yourself going through the refill kit very quickly (as I did). The product is great at collecting the dust, but they fill up quickly before they have to be discarded. So I can see myself now needing to buy the refills often. But I will, because it's a great product that anyone with kids, pets, or people in their house should own.

This new design Swiffer® Dusters® Starter Kit , it can extend , can bend , let me easy to clean dirty place so easy . This is great design .

It's made dusting so much easier and it's great to have the telescoping handle so that I can get to high-up places. Also, I like the fact that it folds up and isn't much bigger than the original Swiffer duster. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that the duster is disposable. I wish there was a way to get a reusable duster so that I wasn't throwing more things in the trash.
