It is amazing so easy to use and gets in the hard to reach places with the extending handle. My ceilings have never been so clean of cobwebs. I can't wait to try other products of Swiffer this one is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this product is great. Its easy to use and doesn't require a lot of energy to use. It gets the dust of surfaces with one easy swipe. The handle is easy to extend and reach hard to reach areas andyou can quickly move through your house cleaning surfaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best thing ever for my ceiling fans!!!! It was the first thing I thought of when I saw the product arrive. It's perfect for reaching high places. Once the fans were cleaned, I hit up all the window ledges that were super high for me to normally reach without a step stool. Made it so much easier than dragging a step stool all around the house. Will definitely get refills and continue to use it. I can see this being a great gadget for someone who has difficulty reaching high areas or limited use of arms. My grandmother could use this just fine. Thank you!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: easy to expand/collapse rod, easy to attach/remove duster pad, lightweight, easy open packaging, reduces cleaning time Cons: doesn't work well with thick dust Since I've never used the expanding rod I decided clean my fan which had a thick layer of dust. It did remove it but alot fell to the floor. I think it would work better if it was a little moist. This would work better for lighter dusting jobs.

My house is a hot spot for cob webs and I was excited to go to work with ny Swiffer. I have to tell you, the commercials make Swiffer products look like the only cleaning products I need. Move over regular mop and broom! You're being replaced! Feather duster and furniture polish? BUH BYE! Then reality usually strikes. I have an English Bulldog and the current commercial for the Swiffer Sweeper had me running out to bye one to pick up my dog's fur like the bulldog owner in the commercial. And I was not impressed. It picked up everything BUT the dog fur. So I was expecting to not be impressed with the Dusters. But guess what?! They worked! Cib webs- gone! Spider webs? See ya! Ceiling fans?! Finally able to be reached by this 5'2" girl after years (gulp) of neglect! This thing bends! And has an extender! And that means I can reach the ceiling fans... the actually ceiling even! And it folds so I can put it away! Yes! Mortey, I've been living in a fool's paradise! I thought my house was clean until this came along! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I was really impressed with this duster kit. It was easy to assemble and it is lightweight. I like that the rod extends because I am short and it is hard to reach the ceiling fan blades and the top of the mantle. The kit came with refills that were easy to put on the wand. I think it did a much better job than a traditional feather duster. It seemed to absorb the dust instead of just pushing it around. I was really pleased with this product and would highly recommend it as part of your cleaning kit! I'm certainly adding this duster to mine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Swiffer products in the past, and am an avid Swiffer wet user, but I've had some issues with the previous dusters pushing around dust instead of collecting and holding it. After using my new Swiffer duster I was pleasantly surprised! I have a black entertainment center and could not see any residual dust! I liked that the head was adjustable and actually stays in the position you set it. I also liked the length adjustability so that I don't have to avoid the 'out of site out of mind' places. Excellent product that I intend to use again!

As spring is approaching I realized I'll be using these fans for multiple hours a day every single day. No way I want that dust flying around the house! The Swiffer Duster made it so quick and easy to clean the ceiling fans, no stool required!
