Before buying this product, I would want to know if it picks up the dust, if it will reach areas that are hard to reach. I would tell the curious consumers that it does work. And the dust does stay on the feathers. If I did not have the Swiffer Starter Kit, I would not know how I would be able to dust!

It reaches further than expected (I can easily reach the top of the ceiling fan blades) and it's light and agile enough to reach around and behind items on the shelves without knocking things over. Best of all, it really works! Dust, spiderwebs in corners, etc are just attracted to this little Swiffer!

I loved the adjustable handle which allowed for leverage for cleaning hard to reach areas. I was shocked at how long lasting the dusters were. I have hardwood floors in my home, and was able to use just 3 dusters to clean the entire upstairs and downstairs.

I am always trying to figure out how to reach and lean at the same time. Well, I got on my stepstool and went to work. Wow it was so much easier to use. I was able to clean my ceiling fan without thinking I would fall. I was extremely impressed with how well it cleaned and collected the dust. Will use again and most definitely will tell all to try this new product I am buzzing about!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the swifter dusters, and I have noticed that sometimes the duster doesn't stay on well especially if I am using it on a high to reach space because it is literally being hold up just by two pongs, so I think there's room for improvement. It falls off the handle sometimes if I am reaching high up and if I put it in a different angle, so it doesn't go 360° as I wanted it to. Overall, it's a good product but can be better :)

The dust clings to the Swiffer and stays contained instead of flying back into the air and dropping to the floor like my old duster. It gets to all the hard to reach areas and I love that the handle extends to reach my chandelier too! My kids even ask to help dust now because they love using the NEW Swiffer® Dusters®.

I HATE!!!! cleaning ceiling fans, having to climb or get an ladder and worry about falling and then all the dust falls down in your face. I was able to reach without an ladder and nothing fell in my face. The Swiffer Duster takes all the dust and clings to it.! Love it and will continue to purchase!

I especially loathe dusting our living room -- moving pictures, trying to get that spot behind the TV that's hard to reach, but so visible when you're sitting down. All of the other dusters (including Norwex) that I've tried just move the dust around, or don't really pick it up. I hate dusting and seeing the dust just swirl up and settle back in. Going around the living room took me probably a minute with the duster. I extended it, swiped over the air vents and corners, moved around the pictures on the hutch in two seconds and easily reached behind the TV. I won't say I'll probably ever love dusting, but I do love saving time.
