[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this duster. I was able to use it right out of the box with no assembly. It seems well made, it won't last forever but it is not flimsy. The first thing I attacked was a ceiling fan that is mounted on a 12 foot ceiling and hangs at around 8 feet. I was able to easily dust the entire fan and even was able to remove some harder-to-get grime off the fan blades. I have been in this home for 2 years and have never cleaned the fan because it always seemed to high and too hard. It was super easy. The wand has an extension that makes the whole tool a foot longer when you need it and a head that you can angle so you can get every nook and cranny. After that I looked around and dusted all the central air vents, the bathroom fan vents, sprinkler heads, a chandelier, a very high wall-mounted tv, closet door slats, and even the wooden blinds that are usually such a pain to clean. It took no time, like maybe 10-15 minutes. I have a regular service that cleans my condo twice a month so I didn't think I would be able to pick up that much dust and dirt, but I did. I don't know if I will pick up that much dirt going forward, now that it is so much cleaner but I see that I definitely need to use this tool more. There is also 3 refills included in the kit so I don't need to go right back to the store for more heads now that I am a big fan of this thing. It also folds up fairly compact and has a ring so you can hang it up. And the duster heads are easy to remove and put back on when you want to replace them. But, very important, it stayed on the entire time I was cleaning, I have used other products where the duster head kept slipping off while I was dusting. I would highly recommend this duster. I am including a photo of the clean duster head and the one after my 15 minutes of cleaning- wow it really picked up a lot of dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, the swiffer dusters weren't any more or less effective than the little hand-held jobby I got at a dollar store. I did like that the handle expanded and locked into place, however, and was easy to shorten again when I was ready to put it away. The dust cleaning capacity and effectiveness though...meh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Swiffer Dusters Starter Kit and let me tell you, I absolutely love it!!! I am now able to clean my ceiling fan without the dust flying all over the place. Plus I can reach it without standing on a stool or chair due to the awesome extenable handle. Other dusters just spread around the dust but when I use the Swiffer the dust sticks to it. Now I dont have to dust twice, which makes my life much simpler. I have a few extra minutes!!! Who would of thunk it??? I will be trying out other Swiffer produts as well. If the Swiffer Duster can make my life easier and save me some time just think of what the other Swiffer products can do for me! I might actually have time to read a book. Swiffer, you are awesome!!!!

Now I can clean my fans without having to get on a step ladder. This product extends long enough for me to reach the ceiling fans in all the rooms to my house. I will definitely recommend this product to all my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My usual spring cleaning requires my bulky vacuum with all the attachments. Hooking and unhooking has given me a good reason to avoid cleaning. Now with my swiffer I have no reason to procrastinate. It's so much easier to use and I get a jump in my step swinging that thing around while listening to jams. With the extender I'm able to clean places that have been ignoring for god knows how long. Always seen it in stores but never gave it much though about how much it would make life easier. Will definitely be a must at home now.

To be honest, I just had the idea in my head that it would just get "caked up" with dust and end up in the trash. I have tried Swiffer products before so I wasn't against trying this. It was a pleasant surprise. However, I was excited to get this kit because well, our fans were in need of some dusting. I love that I didn't have to get a chair to reach that fan. Just extend the arm, bend the duster, and you're ready to go! I felt like I could dust everyone's house now! Seriously, it's fun,quick and effortless. I even got some help cleaning from my daughter without the usual moaning and groaning! In fact, she searched for other areas to dust. We are fans in this house!

I like it because I could get to higher places to clean and it's easy to used. No more rags all over the place and rinsing them all the time when I'm done with the swiffer I could store it under the sink and it wind smell like the rags we have home that we have to keep washing them try it and you would love it .

I can reach the vents up high, the corners where there's cobwebs....and the best part is I don't have to have my husband come in and reach them for me!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using store brand equivalent of the Swiffer Dusters since I moved out on my own five years ago. I live in a house that's over 100 years old, so it collects and produces dust unbelievably fast; I also have a Dalmatian, she sheds, constantly. So I was used to dusting every few days, and ALWAYS before anyone came over! I thought I was saving money by using the store brand, there about $2 less for a refill pack of dusters than Swiffer brand, no! I received a Swiffer Dusters Starter Kit that included an extender handle and 4 duster heads, I swear I will never go back to the cheap ones, what a waste! The Swiffer Dusters have reduced my dusting to once a week! An occasional touch up before my mother in law comes over is still usually necessary. With the Swiffer brand dusters though, it takes no time at all! The handle makes reaching places like ceiling fans or lamps so quick and easy. Also, I've been making sure to hit tops of door frames and windows now, something I didnt realized needed cleaned before! I also see how much better the Swiffer brand actually grabs onto the dust, dirt, and dog hair, and keeps it locked in. It grabs the dirt and doesn't just redistribute it, so I am not dusting cleaning the same dust and dog hair for weeks at a time anymore! Best part is that if I'm in a hurry I can do a quick run with the Swiffer Duster and not worry about flying hair and dust in the air; Or I can skip the vacuum after if I'm rushed, because the Dusters actually pick the hair and dust up, not just push it around. Using the cheap dusters I went through 3 or 4 dusters each week, almost a entire refill kit! However, thanks to Swiffer I don't even use one a week, and I could honestly reuse it several more times than I already do, especially in a smaller, newer house! I will often use the dusters until they past their prime after weeks of use they always still work as well as new, then I use them on really dirty places, door jams, garage, top of the fridge, under the fridge, behind the basement stairs, you get the idea, then I will finally throw them away. Through all that and they still don't deposit dirt back throughout my now amazingly clean house. I will never again waste my time or money on the store brand, these Swiffer products have made cleaning so much easier, and even more productive.

No more fragrance smells or white marks left on your table if you don't rub all the furniture polish in. All you do is dust, remove the pad when it gets dirty and start over with a new one. The duster has a long handle for hard to reach areas. Their duster is great for cleaning the blinds. Just run across the blind and the dust just comes off. I recommend the Swiffer Duster for all households.
