This is truly the best cleansing towel in the market. I have tried everything from oil based cleaners to micellar water to remove my makeup but NOTHING beats it and I always come back to it. It doesn’t burn my eyes when I remove my eye make up, and the towelette is soft and doesn’t irritate my skin.

These make-up remover wipes are the OG wipes. I have been using Neutrogena make-up remover wipes for so long, and I am sure everyone else has been too. So if you aren't using them... SWITCH OVER! It's worth it, trust me. You will never go back to whatever you were using before.

I’ve been using these wipes on and off for years. I’ve always loved them and never had a bad reaction. However the pack I bought about two/ three weeks ago caused a rash. I noticed my face became red and rashy within seconds post using the wipes. It then went down probably 30 minuets after. I didn’t think much of it until it happened the next day after I used the wipes. Then the following week I saw that viral video. I’m assuming their was an ingredient mess up I’m shocked there hasn’t been a recall. I still have my packet that I’d be happy to send to a facility or lab as I’m not making this up. I will still be a customer because this seems like a chemical or error mistake. Hope that Neutrogena will thoroughly investigate these claims.

It’s actually strong very moisturized smells very good 1 wipe is enough to remove the foundation mascara etc from the face. It leaves the face clean fresh. Iike that product is clean. Would ne purchasing it for sure.

Let me first say I love Neutrogena soap products. However, these towelettes were full of oil. Very greasy. It took me three attempts with clean pads to remove the oily greasy residue. Do NOT buy this product unless you are seeking an oily facial treatment instead of makeup remover. Disappointed. Will go to another brand. Soap is great however !
