[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena Makeup Remover Ultra-soft Cleansing Towelettes definitely live up to their name. They are easy to use, soft, effective and durable. When pulled from the package, they feel like a thin cloth (much softer and fabric like vs baby wipe type texture) and are moist enough to clean very effectively without leaving my face wet feeling. Not harsh or drying so I feel like they’d be good for frequent use. I would use these again and recommend them to others.

I have been a fan of Neutrogena products for years and these makeup removing wipes are just another amazing addition to the product line. They absolutely remove all of my makeup including mascara without harsh tugging and pulling, it simply wipes away. I have oily skin and the wipes do not leave behind any excess oil. My skin feels clean and fresh every time I use one. It even has a clean scent to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Neutrogena Ultra Soft Cleansing Towelettes for removing makeup. This is a great step to do before using facial cleanser. The size of the towelettes are generous. It did not irritate my sensitive skin. It got more than 90 percent of my makeup off. There was no scent. These would be great to take to the gym or while traveling. I used these at night before cleansing my face. If I could make any improvements, I just wish they had a bit more moisture. They are nice, convenient and gentle.

I have been using these wipes for years! I have semi-sensitive skin and prefer removing my makeup with a wipe before using a cleanser at night. This gets all of your makeup off your skin and eyes, and it doesn't irritate them in the process. I have tried other products and have found that my skin, and nearly always my eyes, burn after use. This product it wonderful. Light fresh scent as well!

So i along with many other have been using these makeup wipes for years. Recently I opened a new pack and after a couple days of use my eye lids developed this uncomfortable, unsightly, and painful rash that wouldn’t go away until I realized what the source of my problem might be… these wipes. safe to say I will never purchase these again and wish I could give zero starts. For a company to claim these are safe for sensitive skin when they aren’t is pretty bad.

I use this a lot when I don't feel like actually washing my face and it definitely works. All of my makeup comes off EASILY. Even waterproof mascara, it just takes a little bit more work. I can use 1/8 of the wipe to get all of my makeup off which really helps me save money on it. It does leave sort of an oil residue on my face but I just have to rinse it off so it's okay. I totally recommend this to people!

These makeup removing wipes are amazing! They get off all of my makeup with just one wipe. They don't sting or irritate my skin at all and leave me with a clean face. This is the best make-up remover wipe I have ever used and a staple in my skincare routine.

These are the only makeup wipes I use and I’ve tried others and they always irritate my skin or just take five of them to get all my makeup off when the Neutrogena ones are good for sensitive skin and only take one to take ALL my makeup off even when I have A LOT on!

This product left a terrible oily residue on my face and hands after I used it! I rarely get pimples but after using these I noticed a few pimples and a lot more oil on my skin. And they have dried out my eyelashes a ton, and stung my eyes a little bit! :( Not a great product.

I bought these plant-based wipes by accident. I have bought the normal ones for years and love them. Since I bought them, I decided to give them a try. They DO NOT remove makeup nearly as well as the old wipes. I will not buy these again, and hope they are not planning on replacing the ones that really do a great job!
