I bought this a few weeks ago to help get my makeup off for Theatre. Not only were they itchy and dry, after using one my face got redder and I felt a burning sensation across my face and now i have started breaking out. I will not buy these again because of this. I have used this product before and it worked. Fix this! People's skin shouldn't get irritated when they go to remove their makeup.

These ones not only removed all of my makeup, including the eye glitter I had onhad on for a party, but left no trades of it and left my skin looking and feeling great.

My absolute favorite makeup remover!!!! I use these wipes on myself and my clients. The wipe itself is so soft and gentle. The scent isn’t a strong one at all. It gets the job done. Great value and not pricey at all. It’s worth every coin. I will continue to re-purchase over and over again

I seriously could not survive without these wipes. They work so well. They remove everything with one quick sweep including my mascara. I typically only need one to make sure that my face is clean. They are not harsh on your skin at all and are inexpensive.

I noticed in your commercial that when Ms, Garner uses the wipe, with her eye closed, the mascara and the eye shadow are in the wrong places on the product after she removes the makeup. With your eye closed, the shadow would be on the top and the mascara on the bottom. This makes your product look deceitful.Why didn't anyone from your company catch this before producing this commercial? I like your products and trust the Neutrogena name but this commercial is not up to standard.

These are the WORST makeup remover wipes ever. Whose “brilliant” idea was it to change the last ones? They were outstanding. The new ones are terrible. They don’t remove makeup as well as the original wipes. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLDER FORMULA AND STOP TRYING TO PERFECT AN ALREADY PERFECT PRODUCT JUST TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS. I won’t be purchasing them again. You have lost a customer by your obvious lack of concern for the consumer.

I received these wipes as a free sample and I have to say I love them. They really clean all the make up off my face and leaves my skin feeling so clean and shiny. I'm glad I got the chance to try these and I will be buying some soon because I love them.

Been having the SAME ISSUES everyone else has been having with this product! My eyes have gotten so puffy and itchy from this last pack I had and I got this horrible rash on my chin and it’s so dry and pealing. Idk what you put in these new packs but I’ve been using these wipes FOR YEARS because it was the only thing that didn’t make my skin dry and irritated while using and worked so well with taking off make up but now idk what y’all did. Would have given 0 stars but people need to know y’all don’t know what you’re doing anymore
