They are soft enough that even when you have to rub at the lashes to get mascara off, it doesn’t pull the lashes out or damage the sensitive eye skin. And the liquid on the wipes doesn’t burn my skin either.

I'd like to start off by saying that I've used this product for several years with no problems until about December of 2017. I started getting an itchy spot under my left eye which then became raw and swollen, I hadn't used anything new recently so I was baffled as to what was causing this reaction. I stopped using my moisturizers and make up but the problem persisted and even worsened, the patch under my eye would get swollen and itchy and then flake, the problem didn't stop there it spread to under my nose as well, an itchy, flaky patch under my nose and under my eye. then I saw similar folks having the same reaction from this product. I'm confused as to why; all of a sudden, is this product irritating my skin?

These are my favorite makeup remover wipes of all times. The packaging is convenient for traveling and easy to store. The fragrance free wipes are perfect for my sensitive skin and I only need 1 wipe to get a full face of makeup off. It's even good at getting mascara and heavy eye makeup

These wipes are awesome to have on my bedside table to grab on those nights I just can’t make it back for my skincare routine. They work well to clean my skin and remove all my makeup. As an added bonus, I love that they are compostable.

I've tried a lot of different makeup removers, but this will always be my go-to. It's pretty cheap, easy to find at most stores, and effectively removes all my makeup gently without irritating my skin or making me break out. Most other makeup removers I've used either don't work well to remove waterproof mascara, burn on my skin, or cause breakouts, but not this one.

I bought these in Costco because they were on sale. The first time I used them I loved them. They are so convenient; especially on the occasions when you are just too tired to take your make-up off. They smell great and get all of the make-up off with one wipe. Even the waterproof mascara.

I love Neutrogena make-up wipes they are a great product and they are reasonably priced. I can say I can get all my make-up off with one 2 tops. I would like to see New packaging it is fun to have cute packaging to make it stand out. That is all I would change.

I have used this product for over 4 years, and normally purchase the value-pack as I use the makeup remover wipes daily, but I also purchase the twin pack.. The “new improved” towelettes (2022?) made my face break out into hives, then caused a chemical burn making my skin feel like an orange peel, and my skin was red. Unfortunately I did not notice the “new improved” print on the package, though I did notice that the wipes were much drier. So, after using the product several days …I realized these wipes were my trigger. I do not know what exactly changed with the product, but I am personall allergic to most trees and some grasses, so my bet is one of their new ingredients included an allergy trigger for me.

I have combination skin the cleansing towelettes were gentle on my dry areas and did not causes break outs in my T-Zone.
